Dude I believe there are certain books we shouldn’t let in school limited only to porn. But like this guy has a problem you can’t just keep getting rent agreements in different states to claim residency so you can preach your piece in places that are meant for residents only. This is literally invading other peoples community assemblies; this isn’t your community. This is just weird.

First amendment rights only exist when you’re saying what they want to hear. If they’re cutting you off and silencing you it’s because you’re right. Truth will prevail. We have your back sir.
While I do agree that he has a right to speak, the first amendment only says the government can not take your rights of freedom of speeches away. Now if these are public schools that is a whole different story and illegal but if it not a public school the first amendment doesn’t apply.
@@larrybanks1305 I agree up to a certain extent. But as we have seen, this philosphy results in the governing party using private companies and corporations as proxie enforcement mechanisms for censorship and public policy which is essentially Fascism.
@@seth7745Yes, which is why I think the libertarian stance doesn't really work. For example, UA-cam or Facebook are private companies technically, but they are also the new public square and the main way people get information now. It's not a good idea to simply say they can censor whatever speech they don't like, which they do. Plus, the govt colluded with them anyway, to censor speech. The govt isn't supposed to be able to do that through another party either. And it's not as if these companies are simply being virtuous, lol. No, they'll allow absolutely disgusting things. But when it comes down to some inconvenient little truth that undermines their narrative, oftentimes they'll attempt to censor it. As far as this man in the clip, at least some of these places were probably public, which makes me the most ashamed of the officers who came in and took him away. "Just following orders" or "just doing my job" ain't gonna cut it. I'm sure plenty of Nazi soldiers said the same back in the day.
@@crystalparker2542 libertarianism would work if they embraced the idea that we need secure borders, immigration control and better protection of constitutional rights, even from corporations. Corporations being seen as private companies and treated alike individuals with regards to rights is the problem. We need strict separation of powers, bans on corporate lobbying to curb cronyism before it becomes Fascism to maintain a free society. The bigest mistake people make is thinking communism is better. Even with all of its flaws, what we have is far better than communism.
@@crystalparker2542 Capitalism has proven to be superior if the objective is a free society, but measures need to be put in place to keep corporations from becoming monopolies, cartels and governing bodies. Thats the key distinction between capitalism and Fascism that people need to understand.
