Let Down had been a mostly acoustic song whenever he played it before he even created his album, so when the official album version came out and sounded like this I was a but mixed. I think the electric noises in it are a bit off in it, but I definitely love the addition of the drums and electric guitars to the chorus. So in the end I love both versions for different reasons, but the old live version pre-Out of Ashes is probably better.
