I subconsciously learned a type of meditation by playing Baseball for 17 years. Almost all Baseball players naturally learn to tune out Chatter to focus clearly on their craft. This is most prominent with pitchers, there is a Baseball term to describe this. When a pitcher is (in the zone) and he pitches a no hitter, he found perfect balance. It's amazing we learn this just by having fun!

I like meditation and I have recently started tang soo do. Hoping this meditation will help me do better in class. The yang meditation is harder for me, but with practice hopefully I will get it
Really enjoying this. However I seem to have some pain (in trying to keep my back straight, my posture isn't the best currently) is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong?

I do this meditation everyday since about 2 months, it is really important to do it. the earth will balance you energies and take away the other energies you don't need
Jake your second demonstration in your yang meditation for component 2 of your video ( 8:47 ) isn't the same as your first demonstration ( 7:25 ) If you go back and watch for yourself you will see that you forgot to push yourself back down into position and then back up AND THEN hold the bow like you did in your first demonstration, in regards to component 2 of the meditation that you were providing. I think you just made an honest mistake. But I'm just going to assume that your first demonstration in component 2 what's the correct demonstration.

I use this everyday and truly I believe it has transformed my mind and my entire approach to my day and my life.
Where I live it is bedtime now. But that is hardly an excuse, so I still did both the yin and yang meditation~
