Rounds go by multiple of 7 like this: Round 1: magic ring (7 total) Round 2: single crochet x2 in each stitch (14 total) Round 3: single crochet x2 every other stitch (21 total) Round 4: single crochet x2 every third stitch (28 total) Continue in the same way until you have the desired diameter for your cup :)
Thank you for the tutorial! It was easy to follow and turned out super cute can't wait to give it to my aunt she's been waiting for me to make her something for so long 😅
Thank you very much for the tutorial 💚 For anyone who is confused, try to make some notes of the pattern for each round before starting the round. It helped me a lot, because I kept going back for several seconds amd still was confused with it. Good luck
Looks like video flipped from doing right hand to left handed crocheting somewhere around the 5th or 6th row and then it switched back to right hand on 7th row. But cute coasters!

You are adding stitches in multiples to increase. Ex 7 crochet in the ring for the first row, second row is 2 in one space, for 14 total stiches. Each round adds 7 stiches, if you made 2 stiches in each space for round 3 you would have 28. Making one sc first, then 2 in the same space gives you 21 stiches on that round. Round 4 you do single in the first 2 and 2 in the next, total 28. You only add 2 in one space enough times to add 7 stiches in each round.
Her cotton yarn appears to be thin, so maybe that's why she's using 2. I used only one strand of Sugar and Cream cotton yarn and didn't need 2 strands of yarn....but then my ears and tail won't stand up either, so it could be for the stiffness too...

Thank you so much for this tutorial!! I’ve watched so many videos but I didn’t understand properly how to make it.
In love with your channel!
Totally agree with you. Mass producing an item that someone else created just feels wrong.

Thank you for your idea
This is adorable, but mine is a failure. The tail won't stay standing up like yours...even with a cup on the coaster. Bummer.

What size and weight yarn are you using? And how do you get two pieces?
Very very good and beautiful 😍 🤩 👌
Thanks a lot 😊
i am so confused on the 2 single crochets together and the 1 single crochet, it feels like it’s super random
Honestly I don’t get it

Do we have to use two strings

Very nice 👍
Thank you🌸
May i ask why do my circle become a bit crumple around loop 5-7???? My circle doesn't turns out flat :(
Your stiches may be too tight. Use a hook one size up and see if that helps. Switch to the smaller hook for your rounds.
I like the so clear explanation, I'll try to make my first try ..thank you so much .
Oh really🥰have a good experience and enjoy crocheting. Thank you for your comment💓
Cute!
Hello, do I have to do slip stich and chain one after every round for the tail? Thank you!
Hello! I'm a beginner and I would like to try this tutorial to make cat crochet. May I ask if this video was full tutorial or did you skip a bit?
