(This is a very vintage authentic looking teardrop hat, it features much wider brim binding than you’ll see on any modern hat. I’ve only seen it this wide on vintage hats, it gives the hat a vintage, two toned look)

(Our most Vintage looking hat! ..a “shape it yourself” open crown with a taller,boxier,30’s-40’s Film Noir cut…featuring broad brim binding and a big, wide 2” ribbon,topped off with a 30’s style,KTG bow)

(Very elegant,styled after the Italian “Film” hats of the 40’s. Same hat as the Galaxie, but with a plain, sharp,raw edge instead of of brim binding. Simple, authentic looking teardrop hat topped off with a 30’s style KTG bow,you’ll find that every color in this hat looks equally amazing, it’s hard to choose. I consider this hat to be one of my best designs, the mist/sapphire is just insanely smooth.

(Also one of our most “vintage authentic” hats, for the connoisseurs of all things old timey. This has a tall, broad and boxey, 5.5” Open Crown. This hat is unshaped, half the fun is to shape it yourself. Sharp, raw edged brim looks understated and classical, while the color schemes are all very fashionable and rich)

(A little bit more brim can make a hat look so much more custom, special, and really elegant. Incredible hat for ladies or gentlemen.
Styled after the broad brimmed White and Silverbelly hats of The Godfather’s Don Fanucci. The 3” brim is not too much, but just enough to make that hat look like something really special. I consider the mist/sapphire New Yorker to be my most successful design to this day)

I started doing a lot of research on hats because I want to get a nice Stetson (probably a crossover model). I was going to take the trip into NYC from upstate NY to JJ Hats to see YOU specifically, and then I saw your video of what they did to you. I was sad to hear that (I’ve had a similar experience), and it’s disappointing I won’t get to see you in person. I’m still learning from you, though! I’m also happy to see that you’ve started your own company and I wish you well! I hope it’s a huge success!!

Luv that Galaxie. Wish it was center crease and not teardrop. Still hem-hawing. Maybe the premier (as I look further into vid). Hopefully on the next run.
That would be the Skypiece, that’s a Galaxie with a 5” center crease. The only difference is Galaxie has wider binding. If you wanted a skypiece with wide Galaxie binding, I can arrange that.

Bowlers I can do, bowlers, homburgs, Porkpies, but I’m not really equipped to make a western hat. I could do it through another factory but it’s just not my specialty, I’m really not a western expert by any means. but I’d love to do a bowler or homburg though
