75% is not bad at all. I would split the 11.4ct into 3 pieces before cutting. This to get the highest yield from the stone. Otherwise you'll loose at least 1 or maybe 2 usable pieces when it gets preformed. I guess the 3 smaller pieces will outweight/over weight with at least 1ct in comparision to 1 stone.
