it's fun to web sling and all but in this game it just looks like the amazing spiderman games. i've played a bunch of spidey games and spiderman 2's web sling was by far the best. so much fun with all of that speed. as for the comparison with the arkham games, batman's world is so much more interesting and dark. i just don't see this game being amazing. i will for sure be better than the 2 TASM games but i dont see it being better than spidey 2
Thing about Iron man, Thor, Captain America and some main heroes from marvel is that they don't really have a dwelling place like Spidey. Their stories are less street level based since iron man is always flying around the world, Thor in space or Asgard, Captain America involved with shield. Heroes like daredevil, Luke cage are street level involved as they're (like Spidey) always looking after the city. It would be interesting though to imagine something like black panther in wakanda

Flight mechanics such as hover and super sonic is cool. Make some characters playable like Warmachine, Rescue, and anyone else from the comics. The world should be connected without this game’s universe. I feel like Iron Man should at least look like a mix of his current comic book and the MCU.

Sony has a business relationship with Capcom, Sony has also a business relationship with Marvel. So, if Sony Pictures plays nice and keeps allowing Disney to monetize the Spiderman Homecoming franchise, there is a possibility that the Playstation branch may be able to get a hold of the Marvel vs Capcom series, and we may finally get the game we deserve, wrote by Marvel Comics, developed by Capcom and produced and supervised by Sony. Why not?
I don't understand, why do Sony get the credit for this game. they didn't make it, they just bought rights for it. Give the Devs a clap for optimizing the graphics on weak hardware that you can get up to a stable 30 FPS, honestly I'm proud of them. Hopefully all this "hype" will show what good of a game this is

I'll never understand what everyone hated so much about Spider-Man 3. I don't even really remember it very well, which goes to show it didn't stand out as being much different than the first two for me. The first two with Toby McGuire, however, were the quintessential Spiderman movies for me. The stuff after was a cheap knock-off of his Spiderman. He had exactly the kind of vulnerabilities I most associate with Spiderman.
We probably wouldn't get a peter parker skin but hopefully we can change back to Peter and enjoy a regular day in new York and if yuri needs something peter can use his phone
I'm like 70% on board, because the web slinging still looks a little janky here and there; transitioning from one state of swinging to another can occasionally look jerky or unnatural. Hopefully a lot of this is due to the footage being taken from an alpha build.
I'm not a fan of anything super hero thing to be honest. I'm not fond of the movies, comic books, or any other game. In fact the only super hero movie I really enjoyed (for some odd reason) was Batman Begins. But this game looks amazing. I had a spiderman game for original xbox and had a blast. If God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn wasn't enough to make me get a ps4 this will definitely help
Jacob Hendrickson its not odd, batman begins is a solid movie. but if you have time, i recommend "The Dark Knight". its a legendary movie both critically and socially despite being a superhero movie.
30 FPS only... No shit Sherlock. In 4K, it would need a 2000$ PC to render the game at 60FPS in 4K, so I guess this is really good for a 350$ machine. The game does not look good, it looks wonderful.

bigAPsweetness It would be really cool to put in his iconic villains and enemy organizations that rival him. Give us his original suits and add in the 40+ suits from the MCU. Flight mechanics such as hover and super sonic is cool. Make some characters playable like Warmachine, Rescue, and anyone else from the comics. The world should be connected without this game’s universe. I feel like Iron Man should at least look like a mix of his current comic book and the MCU.

Sony has a business relationship with Capcom, Sony has also a business relationship with Marvel. So, if Sony Pictures plays nice and keeps allowing Disney to monetize the Spiderman Homecoming franchise, there is a possibility that the Playstation branch may be able to get a hold of the Marvel vs Capcom series, and we may finally get the game we deserve, wrote by Marvel Comics, developed by Capcom and produced and supervised by Sony. Why not?

I don't understand, why do Sony get the credit for this game. they didn't make it, they just bought rights for it. Give the Devs a clap for optimizing the graphics on weak hardware that you can get up to a stable 30 FPS, honestly I'm proud of them. Hopefully all this "hype" will show what good of a game this is

My favorite spider-man costume has always been Miguel O'Hara's. The 2099 costume has just forever been the coolest costume since I first saw it in comics.

there is no day and night cycle he said that you can leave your game on for 24 hours and it will always be the same day time. He said night is only available in missions

I'll never understand what everyone hated so much about Spider-Man 3. I don't even really remember it very well, which goes to show it didn't stand out as being much different than the first two for me. The first two with Toby McGuire, however, were the quintessential Spiderman movies for me. The stuff after was a cheap knock-off of his Spiderman. He had exactly the kind of vulnerabilities I most associate with Spiderman.

I'm not a fan of anything super hero thing to be honest. I'm not fond of the movies, comic books, or any other game. In fact the only super hero movie I really enjoyed (for some odd reason) was Batman Begins. But this game looks amazing. I had a spiderman game for original xbox and had a blast. If God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn wasn't enough to make me get a ps4 this will definitely help
Jacob Hendrickson its not odd, batman begins is a solid movie. but if you have time, i recommend "The Dark Knight". its a legendary movie both critically and socially despite being a superhero movie.

30 FPS only... No shit Sherlock. In 4K, it would need a 2000$ PC to render the game at 60FPS in 4K, so I guess this is really good for a 350$ machine. The game does not look good, it looks wonderful.
