Only got my tent and pod today now I'm in the lake district haven't even seen it properly yet as it was dark when I arrived on site I literally put the pod together on my own in the dark with a phone for a torch basically one handedly had to watch this excellent video a couple of times can't wait for morning so I can appreciate it in the light I'm chuffed with it in the dark the little bag of goodies is a nice touch and the spanner not just a spanner a rachet spanner nice doing business with you. 1:23 I have tried to install but came upon an issue with the longer tent pole, which travels across the window. The pole is approx a half foot too long to fit into both of the plastic caps as you described them. Is there a possibility we received the incorrect poles with the pod?

hi,am i right in thinking you can remove the Ladder to give you more space in the Living Pod,then reattach it when entering the Tentbox?..
