Do people know what radar frequencies they us in the LA area? I know Utah and colorado it's Ka band.

@@Resist4 Most people does, I’ve seen a driver mount it where it’s visually visible, yet they haven’t gotten in trouble. Just like how you can’t hang any air fresheners, but the police doesn’t really care about it.

@@tinwas_taken Depends on the State, all I know is that in California you can't mount a radar detector to the windshield. I'd personally mount it high to the rear view mirror or clip it to the sun visor.
