Loveeee this! Love love love seeing your girls working hard. And SO glad someone finally said it about the “quick trick” weight loss schemes and products!! As a trainer it’s the biggest thing my clients struggle with, the wanting to speed up the process and try ALL the things. And I completely understand it. Because I am on a weight loss journey too. But you didn’t gain it overnight and it won’t fall off overnight! I SO SO SO loved this.

@@angelomartinez9039 i interned for a company selling an app that is supposed to promote a healthier lifestyle and you'd be suprised how unhealthy some of the employees habits were(e.g. drinking a litre bottle of coke every day), i dont think they hire them for the looks or what lifestyle they choose but for their qualifications

I wear sweet sweat but exactly for the reason you said. It makes me sweat more which makes me more into my workout. I know it doesn’t burn fat but as long as it helps. Had mine for probably 2 years now. I only gave the stomach one. I don’t use the lotion stuff just the wrap.

I bought a waist trainer after having a baby. I had some really bad low back pain and sharp pain in the back of my hips. After using it for about a month, i didn't have that back and hip pain anymore. I guess it just helped my posture.

I used all of this when I first started my journey 3 years ago not knowing that they just didn't help, the teas were a waste of money and upset my tummy and everything would help aid the training and diet routine. Diet and exercise first and foremost I know now is better.

Haha, so funny. The corset or stomach wrap in my country helps after you have a baby. Helps with the loose skin. Its recommended to wear for a month after delivery. Of course It was too hard for me didn't last a month 😂😂

waist trainers have helped me personally with my lose skin post weight loose and keep my core engaged. but i don’t get the wired ones or the sufficatingly tight ones

I have a question about the waist corset : i mean obviously yes it can be harming and bad but other than “diet pills” claiming to make u lose pounds a waist corset actually forms your body. Right? So yes it is unhealthy but it works..?
