Thanks Jegan for assembling this list. I had questions about these points in my mind but they were all jumbled and mixed. Your presentation simplified what was already in my mind and put things in perspective. Regarding tenure, I am not able to decide whether I want a stay in a country permanently or not. I would be able to decide once I have lived there for sometime. So is tenure something which I can figure once I have landed and lived in a country or I need to be clear about it from the beginning?
Hello Brother, Thanks for your kind feedback. Regarding tenure, I would say to have a rough estimate. Like plan A, plan B, etc. In fact, deciding about for a long term stay is not easy. This is my second year here, we also didn't come up to a final decision yet. But as you said, after living here for few months we feel like we could see ourselves here for next 10 years atleast. With God's grace, our efforts and our family situation back in India we hope to make it for this tenure. Later we would redefine our decision and be flexible based on circumstances. I hope that's a way you could also try. 🙂
It's obviously everyone's personal preferences only. Some like to experience a new place, new work culture and other aspects of working & living in a different country. So if you are willing to experience that part, then you could try Germany. But on the money aspect, for the example you shared, it is good to be in India itself.
Hello, I am moving to Hamburg, Germany for work and plan to live there for the next 2 years before returning to my home country(India, Chennai, Tamil). You mentioned something about PF contributions to the net monthly salary. Could you please provide me with the steps for this procedure and where I can find relevant information about it? Thank you in advance.
Hello Kiran, Are you moving for a job from a German employer? or is it an onsite opportunity? We could also discuss more over LinkedIn chat or a google meet.
I notice the below piece of information in an official website: Are you over 45 years old and coming to Germany for the first time for employment purposes? If so, your gross annual salary for the position you intend on taking must be at least € 46,530 (as of 2022), or you must provide proof of adequate old age pension provisions.
Most helpful content.. thanks bro
Thanks bro !
Congratulations Jegan 💐
Thanks Rinita 🙂
