This is the real Heep, this lineup is Uriah Heep and always be in my heart and soul. These 5 guys had a magical sound when they played together until alcohol and drugs eventually won out. It was a helluva great run with these 5 musical geniuses.

Man, I LOVED Uriah Heep during the "magic five" era. This is one of my favorites - even though the Sweet Freedom album didn't chart as high as Demons And Wizards .... this song and "Pilgrim" are my tops. Box' guitar dovetails Hensley's Hammond perfectly ..... Kerslake and Thain's rhythm plus Byron's vocals rounded out a perfect performance. Substituting a backwards alphabet for lack of lyrics was just a bonus. :)
Uriah Heep and Grand Funk Railroad were both my favorite groups back in the day and I never saw either band live in concert. I've been to many shows, met numerous musicians, actors and athletes over the years but not my favorites.

A ja miałem wtedy 18 lat i wariowalem jak szaleniec z kumplami i laseczkami a włosy mieliśmy do pół dupy jak to się w tych komunistycznych czasach mówiło!- to był nasz bunt ( jak najdłuższe włosy )- w głębokiej komunie gdzie przyszło nam żyć we wschodniej Europie!- tragedia ale Wałęsa ze swoim życiowym przesłaniem wspólnie z przyjaciółmi zdobyli nam WOLNOŚĆ( dodam bezkrwawo)- a teraz po 30 latach pajace co rządzą chcą nam wszystko odebrać !- odejść od zachodniej cywilizacji bo padalcem nasłani przez wschód chcą to przekręcić!✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️
