Ok so I have a tip for all of you perfume lovers that like stronger scents but can’t necessarily wear them to the office like me. If you know what you’re going to be wearing the next day at work, spray your clothes the night before (go easy) so it has time to settle and it won’t be as strong. Works great!

I actually didn't like the original very much to be honest. But the new one here I really enjoy. I'm usually not a fan of perfumes that contain a lot of spices either, but this one was an exception☺️
I prefer the Intense version, it’s more of a creamy vanilla warm fragrance
Absolutely fell in love with these today, had to buy both, all birthday money blown 😂 they are both stunning but different, the original is lighter and sweeter, the intense is less sweet, i can understand why it's called intense, although some of the note's are the same, the intense is intense one is more loud, it follows you around if that makes sense. I'd say original for daytime, intense for going out. I sprayed one on each wrist and on me the intense is way stronger after 4hrs,its barely faded, the original is still strong but not as noticeable. So happy i bought the refillable bottles as there definitely OG❤

Love the original, but I can wear it only in fall, winter. Its so strong. I can't imagine how strong would be the intense version 😃

Paradoxe is absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!! I like the intense also, but LOVE the OG. A bubble of intoxicating fragrance surrounds you with this. 🥰
i would actually wear Paradoxe Intense myself. i have gifted Prada Paradoxe to friends and family soooo many times cuz i love love love Emma Watson and had to support her campaign. the dry-down on Intense is less sweet and the moss, musk and amber really shined through on my hand. if you didn't tell a guy what it was and just sprayed Paradoxe Intense on them... i think they would like it. the OG Prada Paradoxe i find a little too floral and sweet with the initial sprays but do feel that wears off rather quickly so a guy could definitely spray it on at least an hour before leaving the house for a less feminine scent. I originally picked Paradoxe Intense up as a gift but decided to keep it for myself since it's not available just yet in the US lol.

This is gonna sound crazy but, to me Prada Paradoxe which I Love, smells like the intense version of Givenchy Irresistible EDP. I love both. Paradoxe is my new favorite ❤️
**This was Love at first sniff for me. I smelled it in an airport shop and sprayed it on my wrist before my flight and I could smell it the whole flight all around me it just created this wonderful scent bubble that made my trip more enjoyable. The next day I ordered it from fragrancenet. The 1.6 medium size bottle was $85. Cheaper than retail. I’ve been loving it. It has great lasting power and it just checks all the boxes off everything I like in a perfume. The jacket sleeve I wore on the plane still smelled of it a week later btw.
My sister got the original for this Christmas and I tried it and I liked it to me to my nose. It smells in the same family as Dylan purple from Versace in a way. I will probably have to spray more of it to see if I really want to purchase it for myself on Valentine’s Day when there is really good sales at Macy’s.
I received both as samples. Love both! I think they're both sexy smelling perfumes. Long lasting and I'm needing to buy both in full size. ❤

I love the original however to me it seems very femenine and I'm a straight male so I'm hesitant to wear it in most situations. I'm surprised to hear you think its unisex. Maybe I'll wear it more often 😊

It’s smells extremely girly to me. If I smelled it on a man than I would assume that it rubbed off from his gf or wife, onto his shirt from hugging or cuddling.
Even the bottle looks feminine because it’s pink. I feel like it’s a marketing thing to say their fragrance is unisex, in hopes everyone buys it and also to be inclusive because nowadays you can’t say anything is made specifically for a man or a woman without getting backlash. In reality, anyone can wear whatever fragrance they want so I guess it is unisex because of that.
@extrarius85 i say wear what you wanna wear. I'm rockin Paradoxe Intense right now lol. my initial reaction when i sprayed Prada Paradoxe in stores to see if it was something I would gift, i felt it was very sweet and floral but an hour or so later, that dry down scent was intoxicating. i could definitely see guys wearing either when those sweet floral notes fade but Paradoxe Intense is the one i would personally wear of the two. less sweet and the moss in there is nice.

Moss is one of those notes that makes my stomach turn, so this will, unfortunately, be a hard pass. I was ambivalent about the OG but since my mom liked it a lot I gifted her the travel spray. She sprayed on way too much the first time and made us both sick lol. She hasn't worn it since but when I smell it, it's more tolerable to me now than at first. It reminded me of My Way and I just can't get on with that scent or any of its flankers.

I had to go re-smell my sample because you make anything sound amazing. I nearly bought the original because of marketing and the refillable cute little bottle, but the perfume smells boring and like many other perfumes that I’ve smelled, to me. I can understand why people like it because it does smell good, but it doesn’t smell special or different.
Paradoxe feels like a misnomer. Unless it’s a paradoxe because you expect it to be exciting or unlike anything you’ve put your nose on and it’s just not that girl.

@@Sufferingsassafrass I'm glad I'm not alone.😅I know that every perfume doesn't need to be mindblowing, but with a name like Paradoxe and all that marketing, some of us expected so much more. If I'd never smelled La Yuqawam Jasmine Wisp and they'd put something like that perfume in the same bottle, I would have been pleased. Are there any scents that you can think of that would be more fitting for the name?
I felt the exact same way. I felt like it wasn't new to my senses and couldn't justify the price. Saying that I managed to get a big bottle for a steal. ( I only got it because I love the bottle, but wasn't willing to pay retail and I think I somewhat prefer to Donna born in roma)
I've already tried the new intense version and i must say this has great lasting power, i can still smell it onmy shirt the next day. And it has a beautifull sillage. I can smell a little bit of sourness like in Very good girl but without the tartness, what do you guys think?

i was left with a light smokey woody moss scent. it starts off very much the same as Paradoxe, floral but slightly less sweet to me. the dry down is lovely though. I love the greener scent it leaves behind. very intoxicating.

Though I think the original Paradoxe is a nice, potent fragrance I do not find it too interesting or unique, but ofc I will test the new version. Wondering which one will be the next flanker in this line :D most likely an eau de toilette version for next spring/summer :D
I blind bought a travel size of the original and received the Intense instead. It almost made me puke. Nothing but florals at first then the dry down on me revealed nothing but musky amber. It left a sharp metallic, tangy taste in my mouth. Im not even sure i will bother with the original now😢

I think Paradox smells like Libre and Donna Born in Roma and Voce Vita. A disappointment to me.
I LOVE Paradoxe though and will definitely try the Intense when it hits the USA! Libre has a similar DNA but goes off in a different direction.

I love paradoxe but there is one Note very synthetic and i hate synthethic perfumes. So Thats why i dont can use it everyday. Is there and perfume like paradoxe with the same lastingpower but not synthetic???

Interesting that so many feel this is a feminine scent. I think it is gender-neutral, leaning more masculine. I like it, but wouldn’t purchase as I prefer feminine fragrances.
Thank you for this great review. Boots has a sale now and I was wondering if I should try the Intense version? Last time I tried the original one and I wasn't blown away by it, it was ok, nothing special, sweet, to me similar to Pure XS that I don't even wear anyomore. I think people in power are going completely a full retard mode promoting this gender fluid agenda. No, I'm still a woman, 100% born a woman, I am a woman and I will always be a woman! Oopsie but yes the notes of the Voce Viva seem similar? Haven’t smelled that one! But I got my nose on paradoxe via a sample as I think? It’s the orange blossom mixed with vanilla is yummy!
