Hey I live close to you in west tawakoni tx. Good information been thinking about this for me and my wife both retired.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the video. I started putting out flyers the last two weeks of February. Did I do that too early as lawns in our area don't get cut until the end of March or beginning of April? If that was too early, is there a way to hit those neighborhoods again when it really is mowing season? It can get tiring to walk these neighborhoods for hours on a day. Wasn't sure if I could do a mailer? Thanks.
That may be too early. You want to do it when demand is high for services.
Thanks. Just sucks that I wasted time and money doing it then.
Hey Will, This is Chad Rowe. We spoke earlier this year on a zoom call. I would love the opportunity to speak with you again asap if possible. I am willing to pay this time if need be. Thank you for everything Will. I have learned a lot from you. Chad Red Rock Lawn Care
Hey Chad! I am still doing free coaching calls at this time. Feel free to email me at media@militarylawncuts.com
@@TheWillKelly Hey Will, I sent 2 emails to the media email address. I look forward to speaking with you again.
Great video. When you talk about sending out 2000 flyers a week, are you sending them to the same houses multiple times? That seems like the best strategy to build route density, but I'm wondering how to strike the balance between making sure I'm seen by people but them not feeling like I'm spamming their mail.
We typically send our EDDM flyers to new markets and do not hit the same house multiple times. If you do decide to hit the same neighborhood twice, I don’t think people will make a big deal about it especially since we all get a ton of junk mail anyway. You should test it and see which one works better. Doing multiple times or once in a new neighborhood.
Hey Will, are you targeting homeowners with doorhangers that are utilizing lawncare services already or just the 5 around. Meaning if you know they mow their own yard do you skip those houses? Thanks.
We do both
Do you do any kind of coaching?
I do a free 25 min recorded zoom call if you'd like to book a call with me at media@militarylawncuts.com
I didn't know you sent flyer to mail not eddm
We do both
It must be nice for all these companies to live somewhere its not illegal to go door to door... Lol
It is nice!!
