Facebook community groups , next door app, craigslist. This yr in march will be my first year doing door hangers and flyers. I come from a sales background so well see how it works for me.
Last Spring I was on a mission to find new local clients. I put out business cards with the estimates on them. I put an ad in the local newsletter for $40. I did yard signs, new company Tshirts, door hangers etc. What crushed it for me was my Google page. Some before and after shots of my work, about 10 or so good reviews and I was at the top. I could barely keep up with the workload and got pretty stressed out. This year I'll be weeding out the crappy lawns and narrowing my service area.

Please make a video showing the program or paper work that u use so your guys know which houses to go to I'm tired of writing the address on paper and they do the wrong house lol
RJs Lawn care Thats great. And I agree. Tell that to the national guys that do millions in spring Aerations. I’m leaving money on the table by not offering, especially considering clients ask for it all day long here. And I’ve notice it does help improve the bounce back of the lawn in spring with fertilizer and nutrients reaching the soil. For what it’s worth.
🤦🏼♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏻♂️ bruhhh, i think lawnstars ruined the intro for me....i can't unsee the _dancing._ 🤣🤣🙃 but on a serious note, perhaps consider splicing some of that "big screen" content into the video so it's legible to viewers.
Wait a minute, so we give everything away literally for free, and then we provide a resource for $20, and you cry bloody murder. Could you sound a little less grateful? Go get a lawyer to make you a contract, it’ll cost you $125 easy for an hour of their time. Please don’t be so entitled and believe that you deserve free things and clearly show very little appreciation for the hard work we’re putting into helping you make your life easier.
What’s the best way you guys have found to grow your lawn business? Let me know what’s working best for you 👇👇

Sorry for the random question. Just a snapshot our Hoa is 174 homes valued $400k-$1m.
Never hurts to ask. I'd love to get am email from an HOA president especially if it's something that can be beneficial to both parties!!! I say go for it!!!
Hey having a preferred vendor can save your sub a lot of headaches. Just vet them and make sure they don’t get lazy or too big for their britches haha!
Local area is the number 2 reason we grew our business. We only work in one zip code 32439. We do not work outside this zip code. We own this zip code by preforming award winning service.
Totally out subject Peep the Mexican cola ! Good stuff lol 👍🏻
Haha
🔥🔥
How did you get your Facebook and Instagram to be linked on your google listing?
I don’t think either are linked to our google listing, we don’t have a FB page for our lawn business, just our UA-cam following really. Same thing with Instagram. Hope that helps.
Brian's Lawn Maintenance when you google your business on the PC both Facebook and Instagram are linked under profile.
Great content!
Please make a video showing the program or paper work that u use so your guys know which houses to go to
I'm tired of writing the address on paper and they do the wrong house lol
You can print off your route with most CRM’s. We use Yardbook and can reprint the route in 10 seconds
When do you aerate lawn
For us usually early spring and then again late fall
You should not aerate in spring you will increase chance of weeds germinating
RJs Lawn care Thats great. And I agree. Tell that to the national guys that do millions in spring Aerations. I’m leaving money on the table by not offering, especially considering clients ask for it all day long here. And I’ve notice it does help improve the bounce back of the lawn in spring with fertilizer and nutrients reaching the soil. For what it’s worth.
You should focus on lawn health and not money
Nutrients and fertilizers enter the soil regardless if you open the lawn or not
That into 😍
Love the Mexican Coke
Classic 👍
Ha! Ha! You said penetration 🤣 good tips!
J's Crazy Cutz, LLC lol
Awasome
Thank You for the great content! You are very generous on your nuggets of info! #junkironlifedad #junkironlife
We give it all away for free, I remember starting out, it was brutal. I love paying it forward now, ha!
Google adds isn't free
Google is best .. My wife own a janitorial business.. No Facebook add...
🤦🏼♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏻♂️ bruhhh, i think lawnstars ruined the intro for me....i can't unsee the _dancing._ 🤣🤣🙃
but on a serious note, perhaps consider splicing some of that "big screen" content into the video so it's legible to viewers.
Haha they’re the best. Well be trying to get better on the cameras yep, agreed!
We have wasted a lot of time and money with online ads. Very tough marketing tool. I wouldn’t recommend this to guys
What type of ads, what’s your story with how it went, love to know how and what worked/didn’t work. Thanks for sharing!
Free tools are better for once no need to try to take money from ur subscribers
Wait a minute, so we give everything away literally for free, and then we provide a resource for $20, and you cry bloody murder.
Could you sound a little less grateful?
Go get a lawyer to make you a contract, it’ll cost you $125 easy for an hour of their time.
Please don’t be so entitled and believe that you deserve free things and clearly show very little appreciation for the hard work we’re putting into helping you make your life easier.
Great video !
