    I've always liked Chinese Sausage in my Fried Rice because it's a bit sweet & salty all in one bite! ✨ 🍚 What do you like in your fried rice?

      This is indeed tasty. Use Crawfish boudin instead of Chinese sausage and this is a down home 'Rice and Eggs' Cajun breakfast.

    I like chicken, pork, beef, or shrimp in my fried rice. I think I will try Filipino hot sausage next time since that's my favorite one. My favorite soy sauce is one with calamansi added. I'd probably have to sour the vegetables with tamarind seasoning blend to get Lee's and my son Daniel to eat them. Lee though wouldn't eat them. Need to head to the Asian grocery store for more tamarind seasoning blend to make sinigang (Filipino sour soup) which is my most favorite food. Actually I want to get the bulk ingredients and make my own blend sans the MSG. Daniel loves it too. It's the only way I can get him to eat most green vegetables. Lee doesn't like it. The soured meat turns him off. Leaves more for Daniel and I.

Some of your best videos: whole chicken, onion pancakes, ginger beef but i need to watch more, keep making them? Channels I also love. Helen rennie, darren mcready, magic ingredients, tasting history, and several others. ....

    I used leftover rice and try my best breaking it up but it still clumps. Do you need a lot of oil?

    • @angelwongskitchen
      @angelwongskitchen  3 роки тому

      I probably use about 4 tablespoons of oil in total (it's really up to personal preference). If you let the rice come to room temperature, it will break up easier when cooking.

    • @jncchang176
      @jncchang176 3 роки тому

      Have you seen a new style of fried rice where you mix the egg into the cold rice first? This way the eggs and rice are cooked together. I tried it for the first time about a month ago and it was a revelation. In the past, the oil and soy sauce makes the rice too soggy. Something about the wok and my stove. The pan never gets hot enough to "fry" the rice.
      Also, I go crazy with white pepper. Something in the white pepper makes it so aromatic. I LOVE it!!!

    Great video Angel, your persona is too cute. You’re my fav home chef who also happens to be a gorgeous princess, my only suggestion is to be careful with garments or clothing with loose fabric as it could pose a fire hazard on the kitchen range. I’m in training for firefighting so that’s why I point that out, but I love your outfit and I think it looks great on you as always
