What are your thoughts on the opposite scenario, i.e., smaller than average people?
In regular CF workouts, without wallballs and row, they would have an advantage over average or tall athletes.
Endurance mouvements are less valued overall in CF whereas they are featured in most sports…
Yes CrossFit at high level is strength biased. Not necessarily a bad thing. Just an observation.
Non technical wod to begin the open. You can bet the movements start to get more technical from here on. Rings or ropes and bar work is going to get many.
