Ayeeee wussup Brent! This girl played Amber emerald well. hard to always have an answer. When i play Ruby Amethyst, one of the biggest mistakes is not drawing cards first if u can. Like I think the guy mentioned a few times, first u bounce rabbit to draw and see what your workin with and then you can decided what to ink. Same with the chernabog pop play. Always remind yourself, "Can I draw more cards to see more options before I ink, and is drawing more cards this turn the right move?" I always fall for the rapunzel trap too. Overall I thought u played well. Hard to play perfect, mistakes will happen as there's always a lot to consider with limited time pressure. My main strat with R/A is early game draw a lot so late game you have a healthy hand of answers. However yes I would be afraid of clarabell and when i play against steel, reminding yourself that they can whole new world so u dont really want to commit to over drawing. For my deck i think i went down on maui and goat, and put in elsa 5 drop, shes so useful able to exert and rush plus has evasive. i think i run 2 tremaine, 2 madusa. But this entire meta will be changing soon.. itll be interesting to see how this R/A deck evolves. Oh I also like a copy or two of Be king undisputed, because a lot of Ward characters in emerald. but thats jus me. When u coming back to Hawaii? next set champs? The commentary guy seems very experienced. Tryna master R/A is hard when there's so many other fun decks to play, sometimes R/A stresses me out because big hands = more thinking, and being prone to more mistakes, yet having more options. sometimes hard to see what the right thing is. My main deck is more amethyst Steel, it runs similar tryna control and take out their threats. Anyways, make me an updated deck list once Azurite sea is out! Shoots! @churmander
What uuuuupppp! I know, I’m still working on the draw first skill🤣 I’m excited and scared for the new meta! I love the bku but so many Ursula’s and bear necessities have really made it hard lol. I’ll let you know what I run when azurite comes out for sure, I prob won’t be back in HI til next year some time! But lemme know if you come up SoCal way!
The whole Labyrinth team (Kendall included) just dropped a new video today! Tbh I’m not good at deck building, so I’ll be playing off that😁 here’s the video: ua-cam.com/video/dPiK_P89y50/v-deo.htmlsi=AlS2j42HMoZ5bGem
Great video! Any thoughts on playing castle rather than inking it game 2? When I’ve played aggro, I don’t want to see castle bc it’s lore gain for an opponent so they can just challenge with their characters. I think you can win game 2 with castle tbh. Glhf in future events!
You’re right. I was keeping a one drop for fox if I drew into it, and brawls in case I needed to remove, but Inking castle turn one when I’m on the play was not good. I guess the thinking is on play I can take a bit more of an aggressive approach that I didn’t see before… I was playing defense because I was afraid of agro but missed the opportunity to put her on the back foot! Thank you so much for the input, that’s actually a great piece of advice that I totally didn’t think about!
Thank you for this vid man great way to learn the deck on a deeper level from the goat.
My pleasure, his advice has helped my game immensely!
Just gained a lore for that goat
Totally!!!
Super helpful. Keep doing vids like this :)
I need to study this :)
Me too :)

@@BrentsQuestThank you Brent! With the new set are you gonna keep playing the RA deck? I love this deck so much!
Awesome!
Nice video, what sleeves were you using at 1:10, the turquoise ones.
Dragon shields! they're my go tos, I can't remember the specific name but they have a cool looking dragon on em!
@@BrentMukaithanks for the quick answer. Are the sleeves black inside? On camera it does look so.
@@gaminggamma2875 They are!
@@gaminggamma2875 These are Dragon Shield Dual Mattes, Eucalyptus color. The are black on the inside.
