After I had the recall performed on my F-250 I still had the same problem. I ended up going in to all 4 doors and re-sealing and greasing all the points to keep water from running on to the latch. Haven’t had a problem yet this winter in single digit temps.
I haven’t looked closely into it yet, but I figured surely there has got to be something I can seal up. Was it holes you covered? Did you take out the door handle part or take off other things to access the areas?
