My first wingsuit experience - With Josh Sheppard at Skydive Perris - 5th Jan 2015

- When I got the tragic news about Josh Sheppard, it just so happens that I was in the middle of one of my geeky video projects, compiling the videos from my wingsuit jumps earlier this month at Perris. After receiving the news I had some second thoughts about putting it out on youtube as much of the footage is either recorded by Josh or has the camera aimed at him. After some consideration I decided to the contrary to include even more footage and extending it even further. If someone thinks any of it is in any way inappropriate, feel free to let me know.
This video is a bit lengthy and will probably not be of interest to many, even for most experienced skydivers/wingsuiters it will probably be just yet another geeky skydiving video. But as with most other videos that I edit, I mainly do it for myself, to enhance the memories I have from the events. And after all, this was my long anticipated first time in a wingsuit and one of the most exciting experiences I've ever had... and I have to admit that even though I've watched this video countless times already, I still get goosebumps each time I watch it. Hope some of you enjoy it too...

But you know u need to got alot of money and 200 normal jumps? ;DD its like X0,000 toesnt dolars
@@goku-kk4lw na like only 6000k cuz if you have your own tolls etc then one jump costs around 25 30 dollars!

Jon, Dumb question, What is the difference in sink rate between a wing suit and none? Can I assume more airtime with the suit? "Whuffo Question"
Not a dumb question at all. You have approximately twice as much time in free-fall.
did he pass away in relation to skydiving? an accident? Good video, but got me quite curious aswell

If you’re flying the yellow suit is that j2 jav? If it is mine is uncannily like it. 96 model 😂 What’s even weirder is my first ws was same colour also. And I was amongst the first to ever commercially fly them. My fjc was roll out stabilise then fly; that was a cutaway in 35degree Darwin heat. Not a fun find. Obviously we then learnt ‘spinettos’ weren’t designed for ws. But I owned one of the first suits in Oz. (B4 zips😂) Ask Jarno if u want. They were a bitch

To skydive on your own you have to be 15 (with parental authorization under 18)
