Laura Ramirez Ramos I use the soap cleanser (not the liquid one) from the beauty blender brand that you can the BB with. however, if also using olive oil and baby shampoo workers just as well! I used to lightly wet my brushes, swirl it in a little bit ofolive oil to pull out the accumulation of cosmetic products, rinsed them and then washed them using the baby shampoo before leaving them to dry :)

So glad I removed mine because my cheeks would be swollen due to them rubbing against the skin. Wasnt as bad as I thought, worst was the numbing part. TRUST ME its not that bad! You can do it! Xoxo love from Cali!

I just got all 4 wisdom teeth out 3 months ago at my dentist's office. I was awake with nitrous oxide gas and my mouth numbed and didn't feel any pain during. My lower left tooth was laying sideways and had to be cut into pieces for removal, so that part of my face was swollen for 3 or 4 days after. The rest of my face looked and felt fine. I took Acetaminophen with Codeine every 6 hours for 4 days, and ibuprofen 800mg every 8 hours for a week. Just follow the post op care instructions as closely as possible and you should be fine - no crunchy foods, no sucking on straws, no scalding hot foods. Brush gently and no swishing mouthwash, you want to roll your head around and let it wash over your mouth, no spitting, just open your mouth and let it flow out passively. You're trying to not dislodge the clots, dry socket is very painful. Have it done as soon as possible, as it gets harder to pull them out the older you are. I'm 35 and i wish i would have done it 10 to 15 years ago. But it wasn't nearly as bad as i was anticipating, even with the one problem tooth. Just be mindful and take good care of your mouth and all will be well! Good luck! 💋💋💋

Chrystal Woolf you’re lucky, I woke up every night at 4 am for almost two weeks crying in terrible pain, worst experience I ever had :( I did mine awake though, and let me tell ya, I need a lot of numbing because I felt him cutting the tooth in half hahaha. What made it worse for me was that I got hit in the face at basketball the night before and was bruised and swollen lips lol.

hello Nikkia, I am a dentist and maxillofacial surgeon, I do this procedure very often, there are risks and possible complications, as in any surgical procedure, you must follow the doctor's instructions very well, I recommend you do it under local anesthesia in the dentist’s office, if you are very anxious can premedicate with a sedative, I usually recommend removing the 4 wisdom teeth in a surgical procedure so that it is only 1 postoperative and you do not have to go through that again. If you also require other dental procedures, it may be recommended to perform it in the operating room under general anesthesia, but usually it is not necessary. I hope I could help. I love your videos, I'm from Panama, and I always trust your opinion. A hug and I hope everything goes well with your surgery.

    Hi Nikkia!!
I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out about 6 months ago. Everyone told me it wasn’t going to be too bad, but going to be really real. It was the worst thing I have gone through so far in my life. BUT it is 100% bloody worth it. I suffered for years with pain from them and they caused my teeth to go all crooked. I had mine all done at once by a surgeon in a chair. I have a fear of being out to sleep and not waking up, so I opted for IV sedation where you don’t actually fall asleep, you’re awake the whole time but the drug causes amenesia, so you just don’t remember anything. I don’t even remember coming home. The worst part is the recovery. It took me 2 weeks I think to recover. I was in the most pain I had ever felt in my life. I was on very strong pain medication for nearly the whole 2 weeks.
I ate lots of soups, up & go, custards, etc. you get so hungry for real food, it’s so frustrating. Make sure you get yourself a plastic syringe. It’s super helpful to suck up some mouth rinse and squirt it into the sockets to clear out any food. (Sounds scary, it’s really not, it was a massive life saver for me)
Make sure you rest, drink plenty of water and use ice packs on your cheeks/jaw when you can. No straws!
    Good luck ❤️

I just don't have time to sample everything that I want to, so we rely a lot on influencers like you. Thank you! For your pore issues - have you ever tried Purity Made Simple Pore Extractor Mask by Philosophy? My 20 year old (who has oily skin), uses it and it has been a lifesaver. Even though I have dry skin, I still get blackheads and some enlarged pores - I've used it and it is a miracle worker. I'm sure you've tried everything, but if you haven't - try this!! Fingers crossed it works for you - it's a fabulous mask. xoxo

Had my wisdom teeth taken out from an oral surgeon in office where they put me under anesthesia. No biggie and I healed up fine. Also with this foundation you shake and wait before you open so it don't explode and I apply with a beauty blender and build to a medium coverage. I really do love this stuff. Thanks for the review Nikkia 💋

Also, I had my wisdom teeth out a couple years ago here in the states. I went to just a dentist office kind of place, but I did go all the way under anesthesia. It wasn't as horrible or painful or as long of a recovery as I was worried it might be. Good luck, hun, but I'm sure it'll be ok and you'll be recovered in no time! Maybe prefilm a bit just in case though, lol, my face was a bit swollen for a few days.

My wisdom teeth removal wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it would be. All of mine were impacted. Over here in the states I just went to a dentists office that does those types of surgeries. I was eating fine a couple days after and I ended up not needing all of my pain meds. I did do oral sedation and not IV sedation or gas. Im sure you'll be okay! Love this foundation review. Seems too be a bit pricey though...

It's crazy that in the US they use sedation or gas... I believe it's mostly for the panic factor, to remain the person calm. I just had a local anesthesia when I took mine out, and it was fine. It's also such a quick procedure, the dentist was talking to me the whole time and making jokes.

I had my wisdom teeth (only had 2) removed when I was 16. I went to an oral surgeon who did surgery in his office. I was given relaxation meds to take before before my arrival at his office. Then given more once I was in his chair. I didn’t swell very much and only needed Tylenol for pain. You’ll do fine,

Considering I had my wisdom teeth pulled 20 years ago and I came out of surgery with very little pain and was back at work within the week, I think you’ll do just fine!! I went to an orthodontist surgeon, my mom drove me home. I slept for quite some time and the next day I didn’t need any pain medication. Everyone told me so many horror stories so I was so worried. The worry was all for naught.

Hi Nikkia, I had all four wisdom teeth out! At clinics by surgery (not all at once of course!). The experience was ok. No need to worry about it. Just give yourself enough time to recover and you may better to ask opinions of a number of dentists not only one. Things vary case by case. Good luck and keep us posted.

GIRL, your skin looked absolutely beautiful when you first put the foundation on 😍
And my wisdom teeth were so easy! I had a good experience. I was awake, in a chair, at the dentist office with just Novocain and laughing gas. I felt like I was on a cloud with the laughing gas! I was a bit sore afterwards, but it wasn’t unbearable or anything like that. The pain killers they gave me afterwards was really helpful. I hope your experience will be just as great!! ❤️

Wisdom teeth. I've had it done both in hospital and in the chair/dentist's office. I have had 3 removed and I do need to get my last one removed. I would seriously just go to the dentist to get it done. So much cheaper and less stress and you don't feel as sick (as in sick when you wake up from the anaesthesia). It honestly doesn't take that long to do (it's about the same time as it is to do a filling) and you can easily drive home yourself afterwards. From an Aussie perspective, it's cheaper to do it this way (with or without health insurance) than the hospital route (and the hospital route takes so much longer! Waiting waiting and more waiting!). You can get knocked out at the dentist as well if you need it but I found the happy gas was good (I tend to panic with needles etc and the happy gas is the best option as it's less needles!). I also prefer having it done late afternoon so you just go home, relax and then go to bed and the next day it's not so bad. Just have some soup (or smoothies or soft foods) around to eat for the first day afterwards and then after that it's all good

Nikkia, I had 3 wisdom teeth removed in the chair at the dentist with just a local anesthetic and I was absolutely fine, honestly it didn't hurt it was just slightly uncomfortable for a very small amount of time. My dentist is fantastic and I have a lot of trust in him which made the process very easy, all up it only took about 20mins for all 3 teeth to be removed, super quick, cheaper than going to a hospital and I was guaranteed that I would have my preferred dentist performing the procedure. I've also heard the recovery time really depends on the individual, not necessarily if you've had it done in the chair or gone under, so that's another thing to keep in mind.

I had all of my wisdom teeth out 2 years ago at the royal dental hospital in Melbourne. Go under general anaesthetic if you can, you don’t wanna be awake and see what they are doing.
Three of mine healed no problems but one got a dry socket, don’t drink from a straw for first few days it dislodges the blood clot that is protecting the bone.
    Good luck xx

I got all my wisdom teeth out 2 years ago, in hospital and under sedation. Only way to go IMO, especially if you have private health. You wake up in recovery really swollen and numb, spend the next few days resting at home and drinking/eating soft foods. I recovered pretty quickly (less than a week), and stopped taking the prescription analgesic within a few days; just because it made me feel drowsy, and the pain was bearable. Good luck!!

I had my wisdom teeth out under sedation in a dentist's office. Honestly, it was not bad at all, and I had one tooth that was super far up near my sinus. Apparently he had to work really hard to get it out, but I only dealt with some soreness. I didn't even take the opioid painkillers. Just a really big Ibuprofen every six hours and an ice pack was plenty. I can't speak for everyone, but it was not the drama that most people make it out to be. I was making my own smoothies and soup the same day, and I was out driving around the next. My best tip is to start icing as soon as you get home, to keep the swelling from getting out of control, and definitely stay away from solid food and straws. Dry sockets are scary but I didn't get them.

My wisdom teeth came out in my mid-twenties in the chair. My dentist not only numbed me but drugged me super good. I was sent home with a Vicodin RX. I went to sleep at home on drugs and woke up pretty pain free 2 days later (because I took my pain pills exactly as he prescribed - every 4-6 hours or whatever. Keeping pain meds in your system and not skipping a dose will heal you faster.) Good luck. And take your pain meds as prescribed and not as needed. It makes a HUGE difference.

Hey Nikkia long time follower here. Just wanted to share my wisdom tooth extraction experience here for you. I got all 4 pulled out before they could become impacted and the healing process was extremely easy although I do have a high pain tolerance. My parents opted to have them removed my junior year of high school right before Christmas break and I got the twilight sleep. I remember going in and them giving me the laughing gas, then a shot, was told to count back from 10 and by 7 I was out. I woke up in a huge comfy chair with blankets and a mouthful of gauze (not the best taste in the world). We were heading to so-cal for Christmas and I was eating the next day. My experience was amazing and pain free to be honest. I was extremely nervous but since I wasnt completely knocked out on anesthesia I was really put at ease by the ortho-surgen. I would highly recommend just doing it at once unless they're impacted. If they are then I'm sorry honey it may be painful for you. Your teeth are so pretty so if dr. says get them out then dont sit on it. You dont want crowding to happen. I hope it's a painless experience like mine was! Keep us posted. Love ya girl!

I had my wisdom teeth removed at 19. They weren’t coming through but I wasn’t going to have room in my mouth for them. I was put to sleep in the oral surgeon’s office. I religiously used the syringe they gave me to rinse after eating. They recommended a 50/50 solution of listerine and water. I feel this really helped me not get dry socket. I took my pain meds as recommended on the dot as well. The nurse told me to make sure and not let the pain set into my mouth or it would be difficult to get it to go away. I basically rested for 2 days then was basically back to normal after that. I ate a lot of pudding and soft food for a few days!!

My wisdom teeth were impacted so I had them out in day surgery. Was really nervous, since it was my first time under general anaesthetic but it was not as bad as I expected.
I didn’t get any swelling and the take home drugs kept me pretty comfortable over the following days.
The anticipation of the procedure was definitely worse than the actual experience.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by my dentist. I had nitrous oxide and I thought that was awesome. I am usually terrified of the dentist and I had the shakes and cried last time I was there for just a filling. So if nitrous oxide worked for me it can work for anyone! I also suggest a weighted blanket or ask that they keep the lead apron for xrays on you as that can help calm your nerves. I was in quite a bit of pain for a few days after but I had NO room for my teeth and they struggled at bit to get them. Also, I had a bad reaction from taking codeine prescribed by my dentist for the pain. It made me very sick for about an hour. They think it was because I had swallowed a lot of blood & had an otherwise empty stomach that the medicine just didn't react well. But all in all, as terrified as I was, I got through it!

I got all of my wisdom teeth out before i got braces. The three I got pulled were a breeze. The one that had to be cut out had came through at an angle and was a little but of a struggle to get out. It is something you can get through and not awful, and totally worth not having problems down that road! Also love the review it was super helpful!

Hi Nikkia! I’m a dental assistant and removing your wisdom teeth has quite a few benefits. Third molars (aka “wisdom teeth”) tend to accumulate decay due to a few factors, such as not reaching back far enough with a toothbrush to clean and remove plaque or pockets filled with food debris gets stuck and doesn’t get cleaned out. From my personal experience, I went to an Oral Surgeon and was sedated so I don’t remember a thing! I had my four wisdom teeth, plus two extra teeth behind them, all taken out at once. Recovery time is usually a few days to a week. You’ve got this! 💜

I need to know what 💅 nail polish that is! It’s beautiful like a shimmer eyeshadow shade I love in nail polish form.
Also I took my wisdom teeth out in 2013, (which was 6 years overdue)at a maxillofacial surgery place. So they specialize in oral/dental/ facial surgeries. I was given anesthesia and a prescription for pain pills but I only took one pill because I really was fine. I think the experiences varies from person to person.

I got all four of mine out in the chair. One in a separate appointment as it was in really bad condition and even though I had so much anxiety, I wanted it OUT!! The other three I also got out in the chair but under IV sedation - best decision ever. Seriously I have had a fear of the dentist for so long and while this didn’t entirely take the fear away, I was so calm and zen and didn’t care what was happening, but could also respond when I needed to (ie when I needed another numbing injection). My bottom two, while not coming in at an angle, were rooted quite deep so they needed to cut into my gums and cut the tooth into little pieces. And I didnt even care!! The whole thing felt like it took about 10 mins but in reality was about 3 hours (had to get two fillings as well). Would highly recommend it. All in all go with a dentist you feel comfortable with, who listens to you and what you want.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at 28. I was worst case scenario, I waited to long to have them out and they were all impacted facing towards my molars and even pushing the roots of the other teeth. I had to be put out in the hospital, breathing tube and everything. I was absolutely terrified because I had never had surgery before. However, I was just fine! I had very little pain and swelling and no bruising. I never even took the pain pills I was prescribed I ended up only taking advil. Basically what I am saying is if I can get through being worst case scenario and having to be put under in the hospital you will do great! Yours are already through which automatically makes it an easier surgery and the healing time should be much faster. While everyone is different just follow your doctors advice, that is what I did and I am sure that is why I did so well :)

I had mine out at the dentist's office. They put me under because I asked for it. Recovery wasn't too bad, I had meds that helped and it only took a weekend to get back to work (the meds made me sleepy so I couldn't drive anywhere). Ice cream, ice pops, and soup are great a must!

My whole face and head hurt so bad for 1-2weeks !!!! Couldn’t sleep or eat for days !!
Get them out before they get impacted!
And ask for endone or stronger ! Happy to reply to any questions! My daughter had them out in the hospital under general and she needed fentanyl straight away after waking up !! That’s 100 times stronger than morphine !

I got my wisdom teeth out and I definitely recommend doing it sooner rather than later...don't put it off because it becomes very painful! I opted to have all 4 of mine extracted at one time so I could have it all finished at one shot and not have to go back for the other set...one & done! Mine were extracted in an office and I was able to go home about an hour after I came out of anesthesia. Which brings me to my next point, allow them to put you under as long as you have no prior history with anesthesia! Most oral surgeons will give you the option, but I did not want to be awake for that and I wouldn't recommend it. My step-mother was and said the sounds, tugs & pressure was not pleasant. I didn't have any issues. I made sure I gargled with warm salt water after I ate anything, no matter how little I ate....doing that prevents infection and dry sockets. Bonus: not like you need it, at all, but you definitely lose weight during recovery, lol. Bottom line, I am a wimp and I did just fine. It was so much easier than having my tonsils removed. I would say the worse part for me was having to bite down on gauze for a couple of hours post surgery....this applies pressure to the areas and helps stop the bleeding. I hate gauze! Other than that, you're good, lol. Don't stress over it! Get it done, you will be relieved when you do!!! Good luck to you!!

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed when I was 19 under a GA, mine were still under the skin so had to be cut out, but I only took panadol and nurofen for pain relief afterwards! Sleeping with ice packs tied around your head and propped up on pillows minimalises the swelling and bruising.
I’m pretty sure I managed to eat pizza the next day too 😂 I was barely swollen and didn’t bruise at all, so not everyone ends up looking like a chipmunk! You’ll be fine xx

I had all of my wisdom teeth removed about 2 years ago. I was sort of bothered by one, but in the course of examination, my doctor recommended to get rid of all of them - because of their positions, they would only cause more problems in future. Since it wasn’t a one or two teeth situation, the doctor wanted to save me some pain and rehabilitation time, so I was admitted to the hospital for the surgery. Wasn’t fully sedated and could hear the staff talking during the procedure, which was actually quite an interesting experience😄 I only had one shot of painkillers after and was discharged as soon as I could walk straight again in a few hours. I was able to talk/chew/open my mouth normally in less than a week. But that’s my case - I rarely get sick and my immune system is badass😄 If I had to do it now, I’d definitely stay in the hospital for the entire day for supervision (in case of complications - especially if the tooth/teeth for removal had tangled roots). P.s. My doctor also recommended castor oil for the stitches (faster healing) and post-teeth pits. It’s not really that bad as it seems and didn’t hurt that much - funnily enough I cried once post-surgery, because my mom called and said that my cat missed me and refused to eat😂 (probably just narcosis wearing off) Hope I was helpful and not too talkative! Stay safe ♥️

I've gotten all of my wisdom teeth (and a couple broken teeth) pulled and it was honestly very simple and painfree. I had it done at a public clinic so they were all done in 3 seperate sittings a year apart but all done the same way. I only had local anesthetic and only taken tylenol or aspirin the first 2 days following the procedures. By the next day I had almost no pain and could eat most foods except for fruits with seeds, some crunchy foods, and hot drinks or use straws. Best of luck!

I had my wisdom teeth out. In the oral surgeon's office and with anesthetic to knock me out. I recommend having them all done at once as I have a dental fear and knew I wouldn't go back to do the other 2. I had the same way where they partially came in but then my gum kept swelling on the bottom a couple of times a year from the teeth pressing on each other trying to come in all the way. I finally had it done and I'm glad I did. My other teeth got straight err by themselves because they had more room! I had no recovery problems. Mild pain med and soft foods for a few days, then all good!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted because all four were growing in sideways and I don't have the jaw space. I got all four out in one surgery, it in a chair at the specialist's clinic ( he is a very cool guy and knew exactly what he was doing. I felt really comfortable and assured every step of the process). As for sedation, I decided to be put to sleep for the whole surgery, it felt like it was done instantly.

You asked about wisdom teeth and for me, I got all four of mine taken out at the same time when I was about 19 or so. They put me under for it though; literally I remember talking to the surgeon or whatever one second and the next I was awake and completely confused because they said I was free to go. Also, I was very high off the meds and ridiculously numb.
Itll be relatively painful when the numbing wears off and definitely make sure to keep the open pockets in your mouth clean. Food gets caught in them and itll make your breath STINK so bad if you're not careful.
Some people get swollen and need a lot of time off. I was back to work after two days. All depends on your body
Edit: forgot to mention, I didn't eat much at all for the first week. A lot of soups and soft food. Also it really isnt as bad as you think it is. Just as long as you take care of the open wounds afterwards.

We did it on the regular dentist chair with local anesthetic. They gave me heavy pain meds which made me sick and so I didn’t use them. Lost about 10 pounds that month since I was on a liquid and soft food diet. All in all it wasn’t so bad stock up on yogurt and soup and ice cream helps with the inflammation.
