Resin platter
I used Barnes Clariti resin to make this coaster and tray set. I used white Artist Loft acrylic paint and black and white alcohol inks from Pinata. I edged the coasters and tray with my Krylon 18K gold pen.

I really like that the gold spread a wee bit; it looks more natural. Veining in rock varies, so this turned out great! Got a cheapie and very small geode tray mold that I want to play with while our daughter and son-in-law are visiting…bought two sets of handles last night while hubby and I were at Lowe’s. You are an inspiration! Can’t wait to play!!

I have to say you hooked me in resin wise. Don't even make resin pieces, not yet anyway. Acrylic pour cant stand those. You seem overall genuine and sweet. I wish you all the success on your business endeavors especially.🖤👍

I love your set. The marbling is great. I love all of your video s. Keep up the great work.
If you want thinner gold streaks. You can use a tooth pick. Putting in the gold while it's wet works alot better. Not to letting the resign set some first. They will look more natural if you do the gold paint while adding the colored resign. I suggest to not stir the spray paint in the cup, like you stir color with resign. It dries the sorry paint out faster if you stir it. Hope these tips help.
I watched stone cold counter tops videos to learn how. I highly suggest to watch s couple of their tutorials.

First off, love the puppies at the beginning, and your deck is amazing. Second, I LOVE THAT YOU USED YOUR OWN MOLD. third, I do love the marbeling, I thought in the beginning that there was too many lines for a natural look. But after it all cured, it looked amazing. Great job.

I wonder what would have happened if you used a thinner stick, like the skewer you were using to take hairs and dust out to do the gold veining?

Maybe next time you could try using your skewer to put the gold in. I personally would use less gold. But then I haven't made one cause I have no work space to do so. I do enjoy watching you between the resin and the paint.
