You should look into "Tieflings" a D&D race. they are fiend blooded but not necessarily evil. People often also like to use a more expansive definition of colours and appearances than the 5e rulebook version... actually more like the Planescape book version. Anyways they are basically humans that were long ago cursed by the king of hell Asmodeaus and their blood dominates so that all their descendants have the feindish things like; colourful skin (such as pink or red) solid coloured eyes (like black, gold or red), horns and large tails, etc. I think you would like them! also look up "Tiefling D&D characters", "Tiefling OCs", etc. I think you keep drawing tieflings. But as I said they don't have to be evil it's just they are often pushed that way by the world they are on. Some famous tieflings include: Mollymauk (from Critical role campaign 2), and Jiutou (High rollers DnD capmain 1 lightfall) which both happen to have lavender skin. And Jester (Critical role campaign 2) who is an "unusual" blue skinned tiefling with more normal human eyes. Many people also use many colours for the skintones! Also give a moment of thought for how they would lie down and sleep LOL! Anyways I think you would like this based on your art tendencies! Have fun! Also I highly recommend Watching Critical role and other D&D streams, they can be great while doing chores or creating artwork, etc! Another fun video thanks!
Just an idea for a backstory for Cora- × × × Cora is a space alien with a bubbly yet sarcastic personality. She left her galaxy and came to Earth, leaving the others behind. Cora lived an average life like other humans, she isn't shy nor embarrassed that she looks different than them. It may seem like she likes the Earth, like it's nature, pastel blue skies with fluffy clouds, pure water and it's forest animals, but she hates humans, she also calls them “lower life forms.” Cora also didn't act like the others, she'd mess around making herself look silly in front of others, to add on top, she doesn't have to eat or drink due to the fact that she's an alien, but she likes drinking water and juice, and most of her time on Earth she'd usually go outside in rainy, gloomy nights, or to the bar, or the mall at evening. She has the power to sprout/start life in her hands, like making plants or little creatures that mostly have small wings which she calls Pebs, she can levitate or float in the air and spawn a peach colored shield or a peach colored bubble around her when she feels in danger.
