The FBI DNA-tested every single woman they could -- including various female-neighbors, one of the prior owners (that was female), and the mother of the three kids. It was not them. But it might be this very nice woman in the interview.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was the lady in the interview, she said she lived there for 26 years so who else would know the ins and outs of that house and neighborhood better? And she said she wanted that residence back so there's a motive right there. I would probably get a forensics expert that does questionable document examination for those letters and compare the handwriting to that lady. If there's still some of the original neighbors in that neighborhood maybe get a handwriting sample from them as well.

They made it seem like a ghost town gone poltergeist or something in the trailers. I've seen several documentaries on the house already so to drastically change the story for shock&awe is kinda overselling it for me.

They started to receive letters 3 months in advance, so they never moved in and they asked you lost money on the property because nobody else wants to buy it after this occuring, and of course it's Halloween to add to the horror aspect.
