Without vpu that will also produce tons of heat/consumption. It's the dark spot of Linux on ARM.. while rpi4 have vpu on 32 bit rpi os , at least outside the browser, then it's not there on aarch64, and mostly on any other platform as for today. It's something we need to be competitive against android. And yes, rpi4 on android is a very bad idea, bc you don't have vpu like any other tv box would provide. Great vid

Yes , vp9 codec is not supported..but youtube playback seems fine using avc1 codec.

This still does 720p60 way better than Chromium on raspberry pi os.

NO, rockpies are arm based. There is only one x86 sbc from radxa and was discontinued due chip shortage.
