I'm going into my senior year and already applying to colleges, but a couple years ago I was the same way! Lol I've been watching dorm vids for like 3 years now.
I used to dream of going to college and having my very own dorm, but now that the time is here I’m so nervous and kinda excited. My favorite part of the process is watching dorm hauls, dorms tours, and actually shopping for mine. Thank you for posting this because I am always looking for inspiration on more things to buy. It’s coming so soon😱

When I first went to college two years ago I also got that 360 power strip. Within the first I called my parents and asked them to get me another one because I loved mine so much!! The thing I absolutely love about them is the outlets on it are movable. You can plug something in it and if it doesn't fit the way you want it to you can twist it to make it fit the way you want it!! I would recommend this to anyone!!! I even had to buy one for my dad because he wanted mine.
Dang...u must have a huge dorm!!! My freshman yr dorm was super tiny...no private bathroom/shower or laundry area. U better realize how truly lucky u are. By the same token...I think u are waaaay overpacking. You're gonna need that bookshelf for books, not decorations. Just being practical here. But...u live and u learn! :-) Congrats on 100K! And I do hope u are one of the few who do manage to actually cook in college. I didn't know anyone who actually followed through consistently but it's a good thought lol

i’m going to be a junior in high school and i already want most of this stuff omgggg😍😍😍 also maybe you could do like a high school tips and like maybe if you feel comfortable like what classes you took in high school? and for a giveaway you could do like gift cards to your favorite clothing stores!!

I got so many photo frames for college and I ended up taking them all down in order to save space! I recommend just having a photo album so you can put all of your photos in one place!

Everyone thought I was crazy for buying a stapler just for college, but I watched so many students be told since they didn’t staple their papers and since the teacher didn’t bring one, they’d have to turn their papers in late with % off for being late. It will be your best friend!

girl you DID NOT go overboard on the command hooks! so many things you find you need them for and it is like one picture is too heavy and needs 6 of them! btw, you should definitely bring some blue painters tape with you. I found it useful for so much: hanging paper or lightweight decor or seasonal decor (like Halloween junk lol) and also fixing stuff temporarily and also while packing to go to school or to go back home it is useful to keep stuff closed or secure and labels! :)

freakofnature2 suit style dorms are normally bigger. There are some at my college. It’s two or three rooms with a bathroom and a small common area.
