I love my SBBN013. had mine for what, 9 years or something... battery is still going. crazy. one of my fav. watch in my collection. absolute beast... and it wears so well... and I have 6.5" wrist. have mine on isofrane rubber with matching DLC buckle. Seiko should have never messed with these. this version was absolute perfection.
I managed to get one (NOS) a few days ago (November 2022). The watch dates back to 2013 (based on the S/N), and it's still running on its 1st battery after almost 10 years!! 😁
@@ph69jbl Hi Sir I just traded it yesterday as I said in the video I did enjoy the watch but some how I feel the 007 is a more honest model of the Tuna range . Now I have another interesting watch to review in a video in the next few weeks
Looking at adding a Tuna to my collection. I like the older hands from the 015 model, but also like the Dia-shield. Completely agree... lug width is probably the most important dimension of a watch to determine if it fits your wrist. I usually like watches around 40-41mm and lug-to-lug under 48mm, but tried a Emperor Tuna today and it fit my 6.75" wrist. Some Seiko models wear deceptively smaller than their dimensions.
Sbbn013, regards to the bezel, is it supposed to just sit on top of two springs without having to push it down? The reason I ask is I brought one recently and removed the shroud to clean. I was shocked to find the bezel loose and not needing to be prized off. Just lifted it of with no force. When refitting normally you have to push the bezel down until they click. This one just seems to float on the springs and the shroud helps to keep it from falling off. Is this correct?

It was a beast for sure but I ended up selling it as I preferred my SBBN007 more so , The Tuna is simply in a league of its own :)
Thanks for the straight forward review. Appreciate the one shot, not crazy editing! Great job!
Thanks Sir good of you to comment

Yes that was the same with my one the shroud holds it in place . I've sold the watch now but still have the 2nd bezel for it
