Great news! Thank you! Heading to Thailand in August!! 🎉🎉
Nice! Have so much fun!
❤ Thailand. My dream destination. Bangkok, I'm. Coming.
Right? Can’t wait to get back there.
You seem really nice and you have a cute smile. 😊❤
Great job and this video has given me inspiration to choose Thailand instead of Indonesia for many other reasons...
Both has its ups and downs but you can’t go wrong with Thailand or Bali, Indonesia
Hey! I loved listening to your excitement about Thailand. I just got back from my 5th trip to Thailand. Stayed for 30 days the last 2 times and I really want to stay long term.
YES. 711 haha they are the best in Thailand. The selection is amazing and fun.
Also, Hua Hin is nice. Been there 3 times. I would em definitely prefer to live in BKK though, for all the options for food/malls and everything. :)
Haha yeah can’t wait to go back and explore more!
I just arrived all excited about the new visa changes to find they aren’t actually in effect yet. I got a 30 day stamp - expecting a 60 day stamp
Wow, I just caught that title update hahaha
Im moroccan im happy that i can now to go to Thaïlande yooopiiii
We have a condo (under construction) in Hua Hin. it's a great location, close to Bangkok yet still much more quiet.
Yes hua hin is laid back and reserved more well maintained and not so touristy that’s what I like even though I’m young but I pick hua hin over Bangkok and Pattaya any day. Also the southern part of Thailand like trans and saton and songklha is extremely underrated and even more affordable.I seen a house brand new in Trang for $79,000 usd😊.
I love Hua Hin. I hope to move there when my lease in Jomtien expires
Another channel has said they have updated the student visa to allow after your study is completed. You can then stay an additional 1 year and look for work that is allowed for foreigners to do.
Thanks for sharing!
Thank You Dian, I know this is still a work in progress but it still was very informative. I do have a question: Let say I'm retired and I'm 65 yo can I get the DTV or must I get the retirement Visa like the O-A Visa?
DTV is mostly targeted towards freelancer, and people who want to work remotely in Thailand for a certain period of time, so i don’t think it’s suitable for retirement:)
Check out Krabi, AoNang area. That's where I'm going to live.
Thanks! Yes would love to check those places
Heey, thanks for the video, do you kow for USA citizenns or European nationals, the immigratio ccheeccks your bank statement or just the passport will do??
For the free visa regulations they don’t usually check your bank statements, just passport
@@DianHuang I carry a UsA passport and it's my first time travel, that's why I thought should I carry UsD or do they check bank statements?
I tried Hua Hin but really it's just a big strip mall. Chiang Mai has real character and history. And cheaper. But the smokey season sucks
Yeah might have to find other place during burning season but love chiang mai!
Enjoy Thailand but you’ll miss Indonesia for sure…peaceful :)
Thank you and I definitely will :)
Does this mean I don’t have to get a visa in advance for up to 60 days?
If you’re a citizen of one of the 93 countries then yes
The DTV visa is 1 time in 5 years and can renew 1 time
Thank you for sharing. Excited to know more about the visa once the official announcement is out
60 days sounds good
Yeah its really great!
HEIGHT AND WEIGHT?
Don't be a creeper, dude!
Wtf
I'm showing up for 60 days then bounce. Definitely will not invest in Thailand.
I'm in vietnam now, my mate cut his leg on the pool, cost so far is about 6K USD and rising for surgery and a couple of days in hospital. Get insurance.
Sorry to hear that. Yeah getting insurance is essential
Shoot!! How can you cut your leg in a pool anyway?
