Agreed doll being the villain would totally destroy the point of her character her entire character is being depressed about the assassination of her family and wants revenge so it would be toxic messaging to make her a villain
Plus, coming at this from a season 2 perspective, ignoring the fact she's dead, the only logical way for this to happen would be a mental break or solver takeover, the second being kinda interesting, but that wouldn't be Doll, that's the solver.
Can’t wait to see more! Also, I feel like if we get a season two, Yeva being a villain would be interesting! We don’t see her die, and she might be a host for the solver. Plus, in the credits of episode 8, we see a dark character with red eyes, with the only humanoid robots with red eyes being Doll and Yeva, and with Doll being dead, it would make sense that it would be Yeva, unless they had another kid which I think is unlikely since as far as I can remember no robots have had more than one kid.
I think it would be a little hard because Doll still has Yeva's body in her home and I think the shadow at the end is meant to be Doll's ghost or something. But, I would be all for Yeva being a villain if they could write their way into it. Considering most of her personality is completely unknown, they can kind of do anything with her.
@ True, kinda forgot that part, but hey, Nori also "died", and we saw how that turned out, so wouldn't be new. Also, they could do a lot with her since we only see a picture and the episodes 7 scene, plus time passing, a lot of interesting possibilities. And I'm totally not just saying this because I simp hard for Doll and Yeva. I do simp, but it would still be interesting.
Doll got done raw. Quite honestly, the characters that SHOULD have survived and had good reason to be heroes didn't (J, Doll, Tessa, Alice, Beau), while the characters that served no purpose, were two dimensional or outright *bad people* (looking at you Lizzy, Sparky and Thad) did. Alice may have been nuts, but she defended the labs for potentially a decade with a baby that couldn't move into an adult body (was that why she was gathering parts? For Beau?) while navigating against SENTINELS. But no, we love the stupid robo-raptor that ATE A BABY AND WORE ITS HAT.
I feel the reason people want Doll to be an antagonist, is because they wanted more Doll. By being the main villain, she'd logically have more to do in the story. But, I'm not sure, don't take that as gospel. Also, I did a video analyzing Cyn, and I briefly talked about why Doll. But I was explain the other half to the argument why Doll shouldn't be the main villain. to sum up what I said, Cyn is basically the show condensed into a single character. Doll couldn't pull off the levels of terror that Cyn can, or have her more goofy parts. If Doll was the antagonist, you'd probably have to do some things to majorly change the feel of Murder Drones.
If people wanted more Doll though, there's a lot better arguments to be made (not killing her off). I think the people who want Doll to be a villain are more often people unhappy with Cyn and I agree with you that Cyn is the perfect villain for what Murder Drones wants to be.
Was this video made before the 7th and 8th episode because in the 8th episode doll doesn't even appear she got killed off in the 7th being an ally😂 LOL
Was posted after episode 8, but think it was written prior. Also, Doll did show up, as a corpse, during the final classroom scene just before the credits, and depending who you ask, was in the credits of episode 8.

Cant wait till your famous!
Finally a youtuber adrested this point.
100% agreed. She did need changes how she was written, but making her the villain is not the correct one.
Also, you gaibed a sub
Thank you! I really appreciate it :)

Love it! Keep it up man.
I never saw Doll as a villain, rather as an inconvenience
I always saw her as a side-main character, she had her own story and motivations, and just happened to clash with Uzi and ze gang.

Give her a character focus episode she needs it after her death or before her death

@@superstego3408 Yeah, true on that with people not liking Cyn. But I still feel that people are a bit salty that Doll had such an anit-climatic end.
Definitely correct, this shoulve been true

Also, just saying, if you look at my other comments on this video, you'll understand why I use the user MD_addict.
