    How does CHT handle comments? I'm interested in tools which allow entities receiving a lot of attention to be able to handle large amounts of feedback effectively. This technology exists for businesses. But I wonder if people are using such technologies outside of the business world. I can imagine people trying to do good work benefiting from such tools.
