Crazy Piper J3 Cub Takeoff and Crash! Pilot Error or technical issues ?

This has to be one of the most insane Piper J3 Cub takeoffs and crashes ever! I'm unsure if the throttle was fully open, stuck, or if the pilot was intoxicated in this scenario.
