" brick transition " is not even a thing .. your making up words again to sound like you know what your even saying like meltology ... definition of what brick transition means : A "brick transition" refers to a training method in triathlon where an athlete immediately switches from one discipline to another, most commonly going directly from a cycling session to a running session without a significant rest period in between, essentially "bricking" the two activities together; it can also include a swim-to-bike transition depending on the workout plan.
