Every time I try to read one of these instructional videos, somebody says that the person here is giving wrong directions. The camera is way to far away from what she is doing and she goes way too fast.

I don’t know what she did to have the bobbin wind up, I push the pedal and only the needle moves. Be more informative

You need to pull the know on the right end out until it clicks. Then once you put the bobbin on, slide it to the right. The manual didn't have clear instructions to slide it

@@KATIEMAEMAE that's so silly considering nearly every modern machine does it the same way. We don't all have the same assumed knowledge as an expert

Check you have the correct bobbin type for your machine. Check both top and bottom tension. Check needle type and start with a fresh needle

My thread keeps going under the bobbin on to the metal part

That was happening to me too but then I realised you only have to thread the cotton through the top hole not the bottom

@@robintaua-gordon6851 yes it's always been through the middle into a top hole only. As a sewing person for 50 years it comes naturally but I imagine beginners would be best thoroughly reading their instruction manuals.

These instructions are not helpful or thorough enough at all. Almost as bad as the manual that comes with the machine. I’ll be returning this machine 👎🏽

What size bobbin does this machine take? The manual doesn't specify.

If you got some with the machine take it to a sewing store to confirm you get matching ones
