Used to have informal folk gatherings in Beech Caves just south west of Stoke about 50 years ago - incredible nights to remember. The similarity of your cave to Beech is amazing - I'm guessing yours was cut to quarry out building stone?
ps just looked online and it seems it is now covered all over in graffiti- a real shame
