You were so good about everything. Especially monogamy. We are not in a tribe in this his country and not all tribes in Africa practice polygamy. Since he used scriptures, he didn’t mention that the scriptures speak against polygamy.

When you know better, you do better. We are not supposed to marry more than one person. But you are saying men should but women shouldn’t have more than one spouse. Which is far from the truth. People sleep around with others then yes you are marrying them through sexual encounters that is only for one husband and one wife. Teach the truth that it should stop altogether not make an excuse for men to have many wives.

Our black men need to stop talking about how a marriage license isn't necessary. Keep that same energy when your Daughter's boyfriend comes to you and tells you that he doesn't need to marry her. I need the license, the covenant and the life insurance policy. And shout out to Dr. Watkins who acknowledges that black women are beautiful! So refreshing to hear 🙂

Imagaine if these men have daughters and their boyfriends came to then and said they would like to have their daughters apart of their "kingdom" amongst 4, 5, 6 other women. Make children with them with no intention of marriage. I'm sure 99% of men with this red pill mentality would never want a man like that for their daughters.

Someone please tell him a husband has a wife. A wife is not some random woman. If you have a child with a woman who is not your wife or queen that child will be considered illegitimate or a bastard child.

OH MY GOODNESS, so many people don’t understand that! Since they don’t pay attention to the CONTEXT of those Biblical stories, they take the fact of polygamy in the Bible as it being condoned. No! The Bible isn’t just a book that tells us how to become saved and lead a Godly life, it also has historical stories that are examples of what NOT to do. Of what happens when man does their own thing instead of following God.

Polyamory lifestyles are destructive and make everyone involved disloyal, undisciplined, and empty. If you can't be loyal and faithful to one you will never be loyal or faithful to many. Polyamory is polygamy and its vain, lust, filthy, and undisciplined behaviour. King Solomon's heart was turned from God and he lost his way because of polyamory. The average pookie & ray-ray can barely take care of themselves and can't do anything for a family? Every dude I know who's tried the polyamory game is now paying concubines child support because they left. Its sad people have to ignorantly learn the hard way.

Wow, first let's get the likes 👍🏽 up, now, this was great. At 38 with 3 children, this is the stature at which black men need to be set. You don't have to agree with everything, but we as people need to be able to sit and talk differences out. Instead of violence music first should encourage more consciousness then how to defend yourselves. Big shout out to Baggs, very intelligent man. ✊🏾🌎

He kept saying he still studying polygamy and I guess trying to get a better understanding of it , yet you saying it’s a better alternative. Educate yourself first , do it successfully and then convince that it’s better , that’s like telling someone riding a bike is easy but have never did it. Make that make sense 🤔. Black people race has the most single mother family household. Most of the time you see white people still with the woman that had kids with and same with Hispanics. And you now you want to introduce polygamy, how about we master staying with one person for a long time before trying to add 2 more people in the mix.

I am surprised Dr Boyce didnt challenge the other brothers views on marriage and polygamy. I bet he wont have the same view if the woman was to have 6 husbands for the reasons he stated. Hes a good story teller, but no moral values in my opinion.

I agree 100% about being married once you lay down with someone. The way I see it is the penis is the “finger” that goes inside the vagina “hole” (which is a symbol of the hole of the ring) and that’s why having soul ties with someone becomes a real thing!

  • @legalmemories

32:57 - I agree with Dr Boyce the internet is not a good indicator of what people are actually dealing with in their relationships. And mentioning structural barriers like high incarceration and the ratio of men to women is off. That’s the main problem.

And you should be able to take what you put out and be able to give ALL of the same things whether they want it or not… financially emotionally mentally and physically if Not you shouldn’t be able to do it but because their are so many broken females who don’t know their POWER VALUE or WORTH you can be able to do… but should you do because you are able ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
