    16:46 HB Upgrade. How do I bill to Medicare for upgrade? Medicare denied claim when we billed fully electric HB as uncovered item. Whats the process to bill for HB upgrade. BTW, this is a great resource and I am using this like a Bible!

      SHIBA (Senior Health Insurnace Benefits Advisors) would be a great resource in Idaho to help you with your question. doi.idaho.gov/SHIBA/. They offer free, unbiased Medicare benefits information and assistance through workshops, group presentations and personal counseling. Their Medicare Counselors are available to meet in person, over the phone, and answer questions via email. You can reach them at 1-800-247-4422.
