Thank you for covering a fantastic topic and showing the software capability. Owners of 3D printers should agree with your comment. Their projects print slowly and run the risk of being unattended. Laser cutter/engraver systems, in contrast, provide a new world for Makers. Most projects finish within minutes.

This really explains the 3D engraving process well via gradients. As well as the order of operations for engrave then cut, I learned that the hard way.
