Improved version (the 1st run on this route was about 25m50s • Elex speedrun in 25:50 ), the route is simple, but the execution can be tricky ;)

Difficulty: Easy (it can be done on Ultra the same way, just takes a little bit longer to kill rat&hybrid)

This game was awesome, hard but awesome. Some of the best story i've seen in a game like this.
No, difficulty was stupid first few hours but after you get ranged weapon it gets stupidly easy

I just would like to point, that Elex has the best minimap in all games. Does not show anything which could distract you from gameplay, yet you know which way you should go and where is nearest merchant or enemies.

At 14:07 how do you assign a item into the quicslot so fast... i tried every action but i am always getting the extra menue for assigning a quicslot for every single item. Your way is 10 Seconds faster. How do you do that? :) greetings FartbrainTheDestroyer on Twitch. I am at 24:10 at the moment, getting closer and closer :D

i still dont understand how you can use the moneyglitch without startmoney to afford at least one of the items. I need to go and sell my PSY Thrower to get going and this takes a lot of time. How do you do that? When i press return like you said it closes the Window . Cheers
I don't have elex installed anymore, but i'm sure it works without any start-money, at least on pc (don't know about consoles). You have to move the mouse up and down first, before you use return.
By 'return' he means 'enter'

38 times of recharging your stamina while running vom Abessa to Hybrid. You can Reduce that down to 30 or less with using your Last stand Spell :D but it's a pain in the ass xD

Nice one but I don't get last stand abuse - for me it does not trigger on environmental damage, only on enemy damage, also it has 5 minutes cooldown..
When you enter a damage area, you have to restart last stand, otherwise it won't work. The cooldown was never implemented, at least not in any patch version I know of.
@@iwasvonix for me it has cooldown, but also cold/radiation/etc does not trigger it, eg I just die. I have version from Steam.
This is crazy ! How do you perform the money glitch at 10:57 ?
First you move the mouse up and down fast while pressing [Return] multiple times (preferably on expensive items of single occurrence), then you reset the trade [Y].

You probably can avoid Duras and make it even faster
you need that jetpack, i searched for days to get out of there without duras :D if you found something let me know xD

I love Elex. In the middle of Elex 2 right now and they improved so much. I regret joining the albs though bc I didn't realize you can't get Elexetor armor even if you restore your status as commander. I'm on console too so no mods.
Elex 2 is good until the mid of the game. Then it's absolute garbage, they probably didnt had enough time to finis hit, that can be the only reason
i think this is not done speedrun because u didin't future magalan quest and u hasn't last scene xD
It's done when the credits roll, the bonus content does not count.
Errr...it took me 60+ hours to finish,lol

Lol I wondered how a Speedrun in 22 min should be possible and then I see he just used a glitch to go to the end boss without doing anything that's necessary to go there normally. Next Speedrun Farcry 5 without touching the prophet?
I agree, glitched speed runs are garbage.
Far cry 4 fastest speed run in any game.

Usually it's a more interesting challenge to speedrun games that are "not meant" for speedruns ;)

Using glitches is not the same as cheating, but i don't like using this kind of money glitch either, though it saves time.
A run without (major) glitches through all main quests is linked in the description.

ELEX 2 VERY BAD GRAPHICS. ELEX 1 FANTASTIC..
Unbeliavable... So you only need to join the Clerics and get some defensive against the cold and the necessary magic to defeat the Hybrid... I never thought that the game could terminate so fast. Every faction and every companion become completely unuseful!
This means that the story has many weaknesses, it should never be possible to complete the main quest in only 22 minutes.
The only thing you need is to compare in front of the Hybrid, avoiding every Alb.
Even Thorald and Sestak are totally unuseful for the story.

@@nickhunter8704 Works with most of the RPGs out there. Games work with triggers. Activate the last one and you won. But the Elex bug... you have to find the way to the boss, first. While you're dieing the whole time long. If that's the fastest way, PB did a good job.
Yeah, there's no way I'd be able to pull this off on my first playthrough. Or even second for that matter! I'm on my 3rd run through the game, finally joining the clerics (and the claws too =3), but I have very little knowledge of all the mechanics and exploits that he utilized in this speedrun. That's damn good, in my opinion!
1/3 of the video is running through the world bounderies. pfffffft. with such effort you could just use a trainer for the jetpack to save your viewers their time.
