manga is ahead with only like 5 chapters so a new season or movie would probably begin production after like 2-4 years

I've waited so long I've started to write a fanstory lmao... The author takes wayyy too long to make a new chapter but at least it has quality.

You do not seem to know what bad animation is. Just because its stylized it does not mean its bad. And the art, world and detail of it is one of the most beautiful in anime.

The manga is stylised, and I proclaimed my love for it, did I not? The original artstyle is objectively the most beutiful piece of manga art ever produced.
But Indeed I know what bad animation is, and that is the Made in abyss adaptation of the beautiful manga.
The original artstyle and tone is essentially dead, exchanged for something detail wise flat and colourwise overconvoluted, it got killed by an incompetent studio

@@vdrek9900 oh and wait, one thing that is fantastic is the voice acting. That scene where Reg has to break Rikos arm is simply phenomenal.
