When the balloon was just dropping 9:32 - 9:34, a very clear shift in the videos during the transitions can be seen with a slightly blue tint in the background during the balloon dropping, and then again the blue tint shifting to black again 9:34

Indeed I paid attention to this as well. I am surprised how so many well paid VFX artists keep making very simple mistakes with continuity. There are often very clear mistakes in the high budget movies too which often ruin the high action moments for me.
