🔥 What If You Could Make A Cinematic Video & Effects That People Will Love? Travel Effects Pro - flatpackfx.link/travelfx 🔥 Free Luts, Make Your Video Colors Pop - flatpackfx.link/freeluts
Excellent tutorial! Thanks for taking the time to make it. Quick tip: at 9:40-ish, before you move the time keyframe, if you create a keyframe on the mask path at the same time, THEN move the time keyframe, you can select all the mask path keyframes, then ALT-drag the right one until it lines up with your freshly-moved time keyframe again, and the mask path will be proportionately stretched to match, meaning you'll have much less to do to fix that mask. Not the biggest deal on this particular shot, but if you've spent hours masking a complex shape then decide to slow down the clip, this tip can save you a lot of work.
Thank you!!! my tip for does guys who gonna make this, is Mask the ball first then keylight then Pre-composed the video and move all effects inside so you don't have to move the mask everytime you change speed 👆
In the background video where you just turned your camera on a tripod in 360° , can we add the subject opening his hand ? So that the final effect looks so cool that it seems like we used a robot hand to shoot that shot 😍❤️
It's absolutely epic, so smooth! The only thing that i would suggest is to add some pin animation to the hand that remains still, obviously if only if we want to obtain a slow motion effect and not the view of ball routation during a freeze effect. Again, u're incredible 🍿❤️
@@FlatPackFX You should maybe consider doing it man, I was looking for a tutorial a month or so ago and there really wasn't anything good out there.. Getting it done first could be very beneficial for you, and help us out also ;D
@@FlatPackFX i did something like that 6 month ago. I needed to built a slider with motion control. I think am gonna use it with your technik :) instagram.com/p/B71DBbUhdQn/?
this is incredible. I want to attempt this with a drumstick. Hoping to make a video out of it so you can see how I did. My issue is finding a green screen right now.
Great video. One question. Is there a simpler way to do this. Like say shoot in high fps and the slow it down maybe just like that or with a green screen in the background. Using maybe a gimbal to smoothen the pan?
I just subbed! Great vid, thank you! I was wondering if you can share the link for the travel video you mentioned at the end? I'd love to get inspired!
Nice tutorial. 😊 👌 But can the new rotobrush, 2 in after effects replace the greenscreen? Or would you still recommend to use a greenscreen for better result? What is the benefit Greetings
Good question, they are both different tools. The rotobrush 2 is a very powerful tool and one day similar tools will be able to do it all. Until then, green screens will do a really good job on finer details such as hair, detailed edges etc.. if your looking for just a quick mask and less concerned about the fine detail then the rotobrush is great!

This is pretty damn cool. Do you think you could do a tutorial using the same kind of effect for Telekinesis?
Yeah, it would involve pretty much the same sorta techniques just manipulating the object in a different way.

Or 3d scan your ball and make a 3d object to add in would probably be more easy and require way less work
