I wish that all new moms and dads would introduce new siblings to a newborn this way. Keeping the new little one in the bassinet when they come in allowing the parents to love on their older children first.

I remember when I first went to see my little sister when she was born. I was only 4 and a half years old. My dad took both me and my brother and all I can remember was walking in seeing my mom with a baby laying beside her. I even remember getting to hold her in my little arms for the first time.
