Used both of them. Sony is not very reliable with iphone, mic is shit and picks up background noise.
Jabra, on the other hand, is very reliable, cheaper and great quality.

Bought 8 active today and wohoooooo. 150 bucks and superior sound, great ANC, waterproof, good appand no shitty touchcontrol. Deal for me.

I'm still using a pair of Jabra Elite Sports (Mk2) that I bought secondhand around 2019.
They originally had 4.5 hrs of battery life, still getting over 4 and have held up regularly well. Recently the thin plastic cover fell off the right earbud, so I just glued it back on.
The sound is okay, not the best, these have SBC and AAC, but the tonality of them is very bassy, not much top end.
My point? Even these old Jabras are more reliable than a lot of the newer models from Sony and Sennheiser. I'm hearing so many complaints about these models.

But the sound quality is less
