    Great advice like always Wilson!.
For all who in the comments just start with a base line price what you would charge for whatever service it is that you offer and MAKE SURE YOU ADVISE THAT UPCHARGES OR INCREASES will be attached based on actual condition of the vehicle, excess pet hair, excess sand, ect.
That will get them through the door and that’s what you want. Once your on the appointment with the vehicle you just let them know if the price remains or it increases based on the actual condition before you begin the service. Nobody like surprise increases.
As it related to paint corrections and so on also have a base line price, give them the base line price also but still see the vehicle before you actually do the service so you don’t sell your self short

Great stuff, for me it’s very simple.. I have a flat rate. Doesn’t matter if it’s small, big, clean, dirty. The price is the price. If anything I charge less if it is cleaner, or if the client is really cool. There are no secrets, up selling, or price change. Very simple and uncomplicated. 😊✌️

I love the business specific content. It has really helped me with forming a strategy to start my business part-time and still be profitable. I would like to see more content about how to handle different customer interactions or some videos about vehicles to be careful with that may have problem areas or difficult interior fabrics that are easy to damage with the wrong chemicals or techniques. Keep up the good videos!

Great video Luke. I am in awe of the technology you are using. My prices are on my site. I only get calls from people who are willing to consider the prices. I will add the caveat you mentioned. Never thought of that.

I just post my prices as "starting at" and put my minimum barrier to entry. I basically put it all on one flyer to share and then offer to answer any questions. Alot of my leads come through text, or messenger, but im freshly verified on google now, so that might change.
Thanks for all you do Luke!

Great content. What questions would you suggest asking after you transition from telling the customer the base price?

Hello friend, I have a weighty observation for you. When I first came across your videos, your physical and verbal delivery was maddening. Exaggerated facial expressions, waving arms etc. I showed my wife and we wondered if you might be downing a pot of coffee right before showtime. I actually started to skip your videos when I saw the different topics go by as I searched around. I did miss your content though as I believe that you are very experienced and have a lot of great advice. But... I ventured a couple of recent views from around April and you were talking normally about interior cleaning and it blew me away. I beleive that your channel will continue to grow as you communicate in a calm yet passionate way. You have tons of needed info to offer but please... leave the crazy hand/arm waving and expressions to someone else. I am really looking forward to your future tutorial videos!
    Thank you. Richard in Florida

I would like to setup a full collaboration with a quality mobile detailing company. I want to pay for the labor only, because everything else ( equipment, chemicals, electricity..) is provided. Based on your professional experience is this a ridiculous request?

I'm a digital Marketer now since i opened up my Detailing Business 2 years ago. I'll have something to tag onto this about his sales tactics.
I do a fishing strat. I say, i charge 100 dollars for basic interior, with 80 for basic exterior.
On a scale of 1-10 what's the dirtiness level? Crack Crevious ect..
Based on their scale i can give them some form of transparency for a up sale when i see the vehicle.
Ive had customers want just the 100 dollar interior turn into 200 dollars with 60 dollar wash.
260 plus tip 325 total Sale. Ive done 5 this week.

Click geeks advises not to add prices to LP or website in my case. Their rational is that you are wasting google ad money because they see price and bounce instead of calling?

#1 reason I don't have a website. I get way more business from people driving by my location who see me working on a vehicle, relatives and friends of customers and some small Facebook advertising budget.

I don't have a website yet but I do have a minimum starting rate on my cards and in using the question method you went over really works so well and the customer or potential customer is more relaxed and feels better about a price that I give
