In an independent Scotland, can we please not have the same pomp and snobbery when it comes to releasing the budget like Westminster? Look at every single Westminster chancellor for every budget reveal. Watch as they come out with that wee tiny red case looking so pleased with themselves. What are they wanting? Brownie Points? I suppose I wish to untangle all that is "British, upper class snobbery" from Scotland.
It’s a nice video, but the view of the world it puts forward is very black and white. I might agree with the broad perspective being expressed here in the medium to long term, but reasonable people can disagree on whether it should be the goal in five months or five years. It is hyperbole to suggest that Scotland wouldn’t be independent if it didn’t have its own currency. Is Montenegro not an independent country? (And if so, what country is it part of?)
So glad you are on UA-cam. I couldn't take Twitter. You are doing an awesome job 👏
Fantastic
