Basically its the same as Iphone is disabled, from here you need to wipe the device :(

Just did this on my Iphone 5 SE and this worked! I was honestly a bit worried about having to download the program on my computer, so I went to the comment section before I actually went through with the download. My phone went from connect to iTunes(did that) to being unavailable. Thanks to this video I am back inside of my phone! I wasn't able to retrieve my data but that's fine with me.

For anyone out there having this issue follow the steps, don't mind if the 3u tools doesn't show "connected device" as long as your phone has the bar, if it shows the bar in your phone then it's working.

If it's locked to the old owner there is nothing more you can do
I would attempt to return it and get a refund
Are you bought it or stole it?
If you bought it return to the seller, he/she may forgot to remove the apple id on the device
If you stole it, well nothing you can do about it

You have to first enter recovery mode before it can detect your phone

When you say “I’m gonna cheat and use ___” you should at least leave a link or something on where to buy that. Looking at your comments and people still need help getting into recovery mode on their devices. You lost a lot of people there.
The problem there, There is a few different ways to enter recovery mode on the apple phones
Some you can hold volume down, others you need to press vol up and down and side button
No matter what I showed I think it wouldn't have helped anyone

Today my phone had this issue, my PE teacher helped me out by watching this video. This helped him fix my phone, Than you so much for being a huge help to him and to me. You need an apple id after its wiped

I would recommend using the rc versions

If your iphone is unavailable, then the data is already lost
At best you might have a backup of it saved to iCloud under your account
