      Look up on UA-cam “Adult Polar Bears ‘Flirting’ with Each Other |Animal Attraction|.
      It’s the exact same video from BBC. But in that video there is no polar bear cubs. This entire video is a made up movie and the babies have been CGI when at the top of the slope. Never was there baby polar bears being chased. And never did the female create an “avalanche”. In the original video they are supposedly mating.
      You never know the real truth with anything online. Even something as simple as learning about polar bears has to be embellished so they can garner views and make some money.
      I definitely got to stop watching UA-cam. 😂😂. Even the simplest videos are faked.

    There was no avalanche and it looked more like the male was teasing and encouraging the cubs more than anything. The female bear was not at all panicked and the bit of snow she nosed down was very playful behavior as well. The male's descent was voluntary and he seemed to enjoy it with the way he slid and nosed at the snow. If that male bear really wanted to cause harm, the cubs would have both been dead. There also seems to be two different male bears involved becuase in some shots you have the playful male and in others there is a bear with some wounds and blood on him. This video is deceptive and misleading.

    Makes me wonder how many other times they use scences from other topics.

    People: Global warming is the biggest threat to polar bears!
    Adult male polar bears: *Cough*

    • @alexmeade47
      @alexmeade47 5 років тому

      Actually, this is due to global warming. He doesn't have any other source of food right now. The sea ice isn't forming as early as it should so their main food source (seals) are much harder to catch. This leads to them needing to hunt each other (including adults) for food.

  • @usethefooorce

    Look at the male's face as he climbed up... he was in a playful and curious mood, he wasn't looking to eat the cubs. Plus there's no way the weak female cub could out-climb this huge full-grown male, even though the video was cut together to suggest that that's what happened. It's disappointing that more and more, PBS / NatGeo etc. have started to give in to sensationalist clickbaiting, engaging in creative editing of the footage and speculative voiceovers of personnification-laden storytelling, rather than simply letting nature tell its own story.

    • @janieerichardson

      The male's face has a decent area of blood on it if you watch. I think it's safe to assume he's not playing if he already got smacked a few times.
