This definitely looks different from the belly breathing I've been used to you all my life. This type of breathing looks like it would be difficult to know when you're getting it right due to the several layers of this type of breathing even with repetitive practice how will I know I'm getting it right..? I found your channel and subscribe to it about 2 months ago I will try not to pester you with too many questions thank you for your help and motivation.

I mean placing hands on ribs first later move hands to waist and last to lower back. Do we have to do few breaths each time. Sorry if my question is silly. I have recently found your videos and it feels like doing this will help me with chronic constipation.

Do we have to do all the three hand movements in one single breathe in process? Or practice the three diaphragm separately.
