@@bainz Yeah, on your DLC attempts, you dropped Maruki and Azathoth at the same time. The game doesnt care if you kill Azathoth, you must kill Maruki to end the fight.
@@bainz also fun fact, drag the fight out too long in Phase 2, and Azathoth will start casting a Megidolaon with a GIGANTIC damage multiplier that can do about 50-60% to a 999 HP Joker though 99 Endurance on Easy.
I was going to comment on how Izanagi-no-Okami was busted, but then I saw Yoshitsune dealing +1k damage per hit with Hassou Tobi. At least InO has the excuse of being behind a payed DLC.

Izanagi no Okami is the perfect counter to Maruki and Adam Kadmon. If Yu Narukami had faced Maruki with the true Myriad Truths, he would have won without a doubt.
It's took me around 30 min with the bois to beat Maruki first phase,his second phase was a complete joke when I just end him with ONE hasou tobi and I immediately know "Nah that ain't it" the third phase is just pretty much a gimmick fight tho.

I did try it, Adam Kadmon takes a couple hundred damage per hit, but he also has 99k HP according to the wiki lol. The amount of turns that phase takes remains the same no matter if you auto-attack or do actual damage
I've been stuck on this boss for 2 days now, everytime i come close to beating it azathoth uses meglodaon and wipes out my whole party over and over again
I made my first yoshitsune build and I used charged heat riser then used yoshitsunes hassou tobi and killed killed him in 4 turns and I was shocked and surprised cuz in my first playthrough I died atleast 5 times cuz I forgor to build powerful personas for both combat and support and not just rely on messiah picaros almighty and physical attacks (I also forgot to bring heals and sp restores so I don’t run out. Yes I was dumb. Also this was on original p5 so my dumbass couldn’t use izanagi no Picaro aka my favorite persona to just cheese TF out of it)
But what if I don't have such skills/items? I don't want to start from the scratch... This boss is broken, such as Okumura. But I can't kill Maruki even I've changed difficulty to Easy. This is piss me off!

Like If a party member dies, then you can't use that party member anymore. Or can only recruit one persona per screen transition.
How many playthroughs did you have to do to get the jazz club skills on everyone and max stats? Considering they all had arms master and spell master it had to be like at least 10 right?
Element items do a fixed amount of dmg (50/150), so they wouldn't be able to defeat the tendrils. If the tendrils are up, Maruki takes greatly reduced damage, to the point that Yoshi wouldn't be able to one-cycle him

@@HELLRAISER02 you can max the stats and get new skills for your teammates after unlocking the jazz club (jazz club unlockable after justice rank 4) there's a guide on the internet for the jazz club that explains what happens on specific days so you can go check that out
Its from taking your friends to the Jazz club you can increase their stats there, although maxing all of them out must've took him a while maybe 4 or 5 playthroughs
Is Persona 5 Royal that different from vanilla game? Is it really worth it to buy the same game twice for some extra stuff? Is the extra stuff good enough? I am genuinely asking, because I love this game, but feels wrong to buy it again for the same price.
Dude. Magic boost is a skill. And he could use tarukaja or heat riser and checkmate if he had queen. Or he could use debilitate for a large amount of damage and possibly an insta kill.
As far as I'm concerned P5R has the best combat of any Persona game. I don't care if it's "Too easy" there's so much customization and strategy to it. I just learned a new strategy here

Agree. Been playing P4G and I gotta say, even though I love Yu more than Joker, P4G's combat mechanic will soon get repetitive with very linear build.
