If the channel can add topics around: (1) What need to be covered during a consultancy project inception meeting with client, (2) How to deal with slow work/reports review from the client on a consultancy with an agreed number of days resulting in the project taking more days than agreed/priced, and (3) How to successfully close-out a consultancy project in a way that might result in additional work from the client?
